“Original order was great but exchange process is very slow and no communication to advise the process or status. Had to email to ask and just got told ‘2 weeks for delivery’ Returned mine 2wks ago, the day they were delivered and still no sign of when I’ll receive the replacement. Good job I didn’t need them for my class. It’s put me off using DD after the initial very positive order experience. Could’ve been avoided if they tell you this, would’ve ordered 2 pairs for size or asked for refund and re-ordered straight away.”

I am sorry you are not happy with the returns and exchange process. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the parcel.

“I have used this company many times now fory daughters dance wear and show costumes, everything is of excellent quality and I find it is the most reliable for delivery times, I have never had a costume arrive late which takes away all the stress when having to buy last minute costumes for competitions as I know they will arrive on time. I will continue to use this website for as long as my daughter dances. Also they always have an excellent range of stuff in the sale, I always have a look through when looking for new stuff.”

“Dance direct was very efficient in making sure I got my delivery in the time frame given. I was actually panicking as I had an audition a few days after the estimated delivery date and was unsure if it would arrive in time. I was so happy that it did and the quality of the products were outstanding!”
