“Lovely ballet wear! High quality however the only thing I would say if the sizing for the shoes comes up a little small so i would suggest sizing up ☺️ But over all really pleased!”

As far as the shoes are concerned the manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“Items arrived as intended. But I was disappointed it took so long to be sent. The website said dispatch was within 72 hours (which is quite slow anyway) but apparently that excludes weekends (which the website didn’t say at all) and “dispatch” just means that they’ve printed the label, not that they’ve actually dispatched the parcel. So an urgently needed item that was ordered on Sunday morning was collected by the courier at 5pm Wednesday evening and arrived on Thursday afternoon. And that was the “express” delivery at £6.60! (I don’t expect a small business to operate 24/7 but I would expect items to be sent out sooner than that.)”

“The quality is near immaculate and I don’t have much issues with it. I have quite long arms and my leotard doesn’t really reach my wrists, but other than that, the quality is perfect, delivery time is so fast!”

Thank you for the review about the quality of the products. I am sorry the delivery was slow. You ordered on the Saturday, it was processed on the Monday (as we do not work weekends), and was despatched on the Tuesday via Royal Mail.

“Sizes come out really small so you need to buy bigger than your usual age group and shoe size. Exchange service is seamless though so a good customer experience overall. Thank you!”

“Purchased my daughters first pair of dance shoes. Took me a while to decipher the sizing but got there eventually. Postage was ok, slightly longer than I'd hope. Shoes are good quality.”
