“The quality is great and the delivery fast (especially since it was Christmas) but it was not clear that I was only buying leggings and not the matching crop top :(”

Unfortunately, the manufacturers all work to different sizing standards, and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

We are sorry that the parcel is taking so long to arrive. We dispatched it within 72 hours of receipt, but due to Royal Mail strikes which are out of our control, have caused the delivery of your parcel to be delayed. I have just tracked your parcel and Royal Mail states that the parcel is now in transit to your local delivery office.

“I ordered all black trainer jazz shoes with patent black trim. My daughter had specific uniform requirements, but the shoes that came had a pink trim in them. Quite disappointed.”

“Fits nicely and is comfortable my daughter says. Would have liked the clear back strap to extend ideally but it will be fine for the dance she needs it for. Quick delivery too.”

“Good quality dance clothing. It was disappointing that the ballet dress we needed (lemon) is only available from 1st Position and the size was out of stock for weeks - with Dance Direct unable to notify me when it became available again so it was just pure luck I happened to look on the site at the right time! It would also be helpful to have some guidelines re sizing for 1st Position leather ballet pumps as it took two orders with several sizes being ordered and then needing to be returned to get the right size - which appears to be a full 3sizes larger than the child's current shoe size.”
