“Sizing of ballet shoes was incredibly wrong - would recommend ordering online without previously trying.”

I am sorry that the ballet shoes did not fit. The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them with a free Royal Mail returns label if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return them please see the section Returns on the Dance Direct website which will tell you what to do.

“Good quality good prices and last a long time perfect for long collage dancing days perfect for all levels aswell. I have purchased more them once and won’t stop allways recommends to other people and they never have a problem aswell. True to delivery aswell fast delivery and always told whats going on.”

You can check if it has been received by us by checking the tracking number you were given when you posted the parcel back to us. We are unable to individually contact everyone to say their parcel has been received but your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt by us.

“Needed size 6 white Cuban tap shoes with teletone taps. Managed to get the shoes which are great unfortunately the taps are out of stock. Would be helpful if both were available as cannot wear the shoes yet without the correct taps”
