“Fast delivery(ordered with next day delivery), true to size Jazz shoes. Needed for a show at short notice, speedy delivery was required & essential that the product was suitable on arrival. Responsive to a query when not arrived ‘Next Working day’ (Monday)but, arrived next again day(Tuesday), as the order went in over a weekend.”

“I have ordered from dance direct twice on both occasions I paid for next day delivery however the item arrived a day later. Communication was great both times and full postage refunded even though I just asked for the extra I paid for next day delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to use Dance Direct again”

“I have contacted dance direct regarding ordering exactly the same make and size of jazz shoe only for the show to be smaller then the pair I already have. I have received no response from dance direct at all and have just had to order another pair and pay next day delivery to ensure that the shoes arrive in time.”

Customer Services responded to your email on 5th January stating- Thank you so much for your email. You can select an exchange when returning the unwanted shoes back to us to avoid the shipping for a new order. Our returns are also free so you do not need to pay postage fees. Please contact them again if you are still having problems.
