“Was indespensible when I started my business as I wasn't available to handle every call that came in. The Cymphony service was 1st class - my clients never knew they weren't speaking to my office staff (of which there were none!). Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I'd recomend them to any small buiness. 100% better than an answering machine!”

“Great Customer Service and Support - we could relax over Easter as they covered Good Friday/Easter Monday in tandem with our On Call team. The live chat service works well with initial sales enquiries being dealt with by Cymphony that we then continue and convert into actual clients.”

“A great way to have a local telephone number on your vehicle without the need to be home to answer the phone. Callers seem to prefer a landline number, they pay standard rate, I pay the balance. (Works out less than £15 most months) I always say that it's been transferred to my mobile as I am out of the office. A virtual landline is a great business tool.”
