DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The worst experience ever, over 8 months of nightmare mistakes, and so expensive! They over sold us a huge package of minutes in the first month so we overpaid and were never reimbursed. We lost so much business and so much money from the constant mistakes they made in our booking system. More than one therapist is 100s of ££ out of pocket from their mess ups. No recourse, no responsibility taken for that. More than one client described the experience of talking to a cymphony staff member as "excruciating" that's a strong word, the other words that came up frequently were "inept" and "useless" - not what you want your clients telling you on a regular basis. AVOID I wish we had gone elsewhere sooner, I cannot belive I stayed so long beleiving they would get it right. Incredibly costly lesson learned. Don't make the mistake I did - literally the worst business experience I have had in 10 years of operating. OMG. RUN AWAY NOW - SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!

Really poor service. 7 calls waited around 2-4 minutes to be answered. Ignoring callback requests and only in a trial!

No matter how many times I have informed how I want my calls dealt with, this has not happened. Businesses want a seamless service. Not sure if staff training is lacking or the quality of staff employed. Very poor.

Some of the staff at Cymphony are professionals who understand the basics of call handling. Others aren't, and there's no way of telling from one call to the next what level of service to expect. I'm not convinced that new staff are given any training before starting work, and the results can be embarrassing. A few months ago, exasperated by endless hit-and-miss service that had belittled my employer in the eyes of clients, I spoke bluntly to a Cymphony employee who had made no attempt to gather information or communicate accurately on several consecutive calls. They immediately made a complaint about me to my employer, so the message the company sends to paying customers is clear: we can't and won't guarantee any level of professionalism from our staff but if you have the audacity to call them out for their mistakes, we'll go crying to your boss. Coincidentally while writing this review I've received an email from Cymphony advising me that a client I need to speak to urgently has called me, but no attempt has been made to put the call through. That sums the service up perfectly. I believe Cymphony is among the cheaper providers of this service but if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, so don't make false economies.
