Not at all happy about yet another price increase. We will seriously be considering whether we actually benefit from using you. Increasing number of mistakes made.

We are forced to use you against or will by senior staff at Neighbourly !! Nothing wrong with your service but i can do the same with my smart phone I don't need you/ sorry not personal but its just Neighbourlys way of screwing more money out my franchise .. Sorry again and regards Graham DDr Fife

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The worst experience ever, over 8 months of nightmare mistakes, and so expensive! They over sold us a huge package of minutes in the first month so we overpaid and were never reimbursed. We lost so much business and so much money from the constant mistakes they made in our booking system. More than one therapist is 100s of ££ out of pocket from their mess ups. No recourse, no responsibility taken for that. More than one client described the experience of talking to a cymphony staff member as "excruciating" that's a strong word, the other words that came up frequently were "inept" and "useless" - not what you want your clients telling you on a regular basis. AVOID I wish we had gone elsewhere sooner, I cannot belive I stayed so long beleiving they would get it right. Incredibly costly lesson learned. Don't make the mistake I did - literally the worst business experience I have had in 10 years of operating. OMG. RUN AWAY NOW - SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!

Using Cymphony for our business means we never miss a call out of hours. The service is of a consistently good quality and provides excellent value to our customers and our internal sales team. Since using Cymphony we have increased our ability to respond to customer queries quickly and efficiently in a cost effective way. Overall Cymphony has been a great leap forward for our business.

We have used Cymphony for many years now and the customer service you will receive is first class. Nothing less at all times I myself many years ago used to work in companies as a Receptionist in a busy Solicitors firm and for 10 years after that a Receptionist in a secondary school of 1200 pupils and as there was only me I could never get to all the calls on time, would often have to leave it ring and switch to answer machine and listen to the messages when i got time and sometimes I forgot to give messages on time to recipients especially when it was a very busy time for me so I appreciate it is not just somebody answering the telephone, you are the first port of call when contact is made so it is important to be professional at all times. All the team who answer the calls are first class in taking our calls. After all first impressions are important. With Cymphony you receive you message immediately. When you call Cymphony the call is answered always very quickly and you are sent your message instantly. This can be by email, or phone and i believe whatever suits you best to receive your messages so we always have a good response time to deal with our enquiries. Equally if we are too busy, out of office, on holiday or whatever reason we cannot deal with calls that day, Cymphony inform our customers and keep them up to date. I cannot recommend them enough. For the bill that comes in each month in relation to the amount of calls answered that month for you, the price is unbeatable as well.

We have used Cymphony for several years and have always found them very professional and polite. They represent us very well with confidence when we are unable to take customer calls. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Always effective and efficient, Cymphony have that added benefit are listening to any concerns you as a customer might have and acting accordingly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We have been using Cymphony for a few years now and have found the service really helpful in fielding calls for us. When we have liased with the team for any changes to the service the they have always been very helpful and quick to respond. Great service for what we need/use it for.

Has been a good service for a few years but the 48% price hike this year is unwarranted, even my energy bills haven't increased by that much.

Really poor service. 7 calls waited around 2-4 minutes to be answered. Ignoring callback requests and only in a trial!

Cymphony provides a great service. Having them on board with is fantastic as it means we never miss a potentially valuable sales call if there is no one manning the office. They are professional, polite, and quick. We as a business would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Always an excellent service. We have used Cymphony for almost 10 years now. They can pick up calls when we are short staffed/unavailable so we find their services very useful.

Excellent service from the Cymphony team with long operating hours to pick up late/holiday calls from our customers and suppliers. Can definitely recommend the service and their tariffs are really reasonable.

We have used Cymphony for many years for our two businesses. I tried once before when i joined the Company to manage phone calls as well as be at my desk, take messages, and deliver to recipient as well as do my own work. The difference between us is exactly why we still use Cymphony to this date. All calls answered immediately, all messages delivered to recipients listed straight away. Logs of all the calls end of the month in a bill, listing all calls and duration of calls. Excellent professional service from Cymphony and the different voices answering the phones, give off a vision of a larger company than we are which is excellent for new business I for many years a long time ago used to be a receptionist, in a small firm in my first job and a Secondary School in my last job before working where i do now. If such a service was available in those days, i would have been out of a job. Cannot recommend Cymphony enough. Well done to all the staff including staff in the background who we never get to speak to if we ever need to which i admit is rare
