I feel so supported by all the people at Cymphony. I never worry about missing a call as I know they are always there. They all understand how to react to different callers and I feel as if they are part of my business, helping me to grow and expand. Thank you.

Great service from Cymphony, really professional and we never ever miss a new enquiry as Cymphony take our calls 24/7 if we can't answer. I should have signed up long ago! Thank you :)

My businesses experience with this company has not been a pleasant one over the last 12 months. I have been with Cymphony for a number of years prior, however, the last 12 months have been utterly appalling for mistakes and missed calls. There are issues with taking down wrong telephone numbers, wrong message being given, our number just ringing out so our calls are being missed by Cymphony. These are the fundamentals of an answering service. They have made mistakes with our messaging (that have cost us considerable money... and considerable time to rectify) and the level of complacency is quite astounding for a 'service related' business. The responses we've had (when we've been that frustrated that we've ended up complaining in order to stop future issues) have ranged from; "sorry" but not 'it won't happen again' or not 'we won't charge you for that particular call'. What we get is; "we have a lot of staff off sick" or "we have a lot of new staff" or " we've spoken to that PA about it" or "lunch time is very busy for us". All excuses with no accountability and not what a disgruntled customer wants to hear. Unfortunately their service has been that poor over this period that it is detrimental to our business to continue to use them. I would not recommend them and to add insult to injury they have very recently added a considerable increase to our fees (without notice or even emailing us to advise), it just came through on our bill. When service is so poor, the last thing a company should be doing is upping it's prices. it is my opinion that this company has cost us reputation, time and money and as such, not worth the investment.

We've used Cymphony on a few occasions, when our company have been 'out of the office'. The service they offer is professional and efficient; we wouldn't hesitate to use their services to represent our company in the future.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The worst experience ever, over 8 months of nightmare mistakes, and so expensive! They over sold us a huge package of minutes in the first month so we overpaid and were never reimbursed. We lost so much business and so much money from the constant mistakes they made in our booking system. More than one therapist is 100s of ££ out of pocket from their mess ups. No recourse, no responsibility taken for that. More than one client described the experience of talking to a cymphony staff member as "excruciating" that's a strong word, the other words that came up frequently were "inept" and "useless" - not what you want your clients telling you on a regular basis. AVOID I wish we had gone elsewhere sooner, I cannot belive I stayed so long beleiving they would get it right. Incredibly costly lesson learned. Don't make the mistake I did - literally the worst business experience I have had in 10 years of operating. OMG. RUN AWAY NOW - SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!!!

Could be better... Most of the orders we receive are without the encryption code. We have had a lot of customers said they are advised they will get next day delivery when they speak to a cymphony advisor... although we do offer next day delivery, there are terms to this. i,e some products are sent in the post, next day cut off is 3pm, some products are a longer leadtime etc so would prefer delivery times not to be discussed. But it is great having a service that takes our messages when we are closed or busy

You get what you pay for and that's certainly true in this case. As a business owner I went with LiveTel (now Cymphony) as I couldn't afford some of the other services that were being recommended to me. Over the last couple of years, I've had issues with the quality of messages being sent to me (constantly names being mis-spelt, no e-mail address or idea about what the call was about) and I have raised this several times. More recently some of my clients have raised concerns which reflects badly on my business which is simply unacceptable.

From the moment I contacted the sales advisor, Sara Mcderomtt via the live chat on the website I was more than impressed. We continued communication directly via email and my service complete with requested local number was live and ready within 48 hours. Every request and question was answered promptly within the hour and I have already recommended their services to a business associate of mine, again he is "over the moon" with the service he has received. With staff like Sara and the efficiency projected why would you look anywhere else? I will not hesitate to recommend Armchair to anyone looking for a great service and to enhance their company profile. Well done guys!
