“Cymphony are worth their weight in gold to me as their support means I never miss a sales enquiry. Lots of enquirers don't like to leave a voicemail so live answering is essential in a customer-focused business like ours. What impresses me most is that my enquirers always refer to the call handler as my colleague - it doesn't feel to them like a call centre "just taking a message" experience. I was initially worried that the Cymphony team might not cope with Scottish accents and names but they take great care to get all the details right and I have been really happy with the quality of their service. The enquiries are always handled accurate and I get the details by email within a few minutes of the call. They're an essential part of my sales team.”

“With Cymphony having the corporate script to answer the phone, ensuring no potential & existing client call is missed they record all the necessary information needed. This enables us to call the potential / existing client back at the right level of conversation. Excellent service all round and well worth their fees. Also we get regular calls / emails from their client manager to ensure that everything is operating smoothly and where an issue has arisen is addressed promptly.”

“We've been working with Cymphony for a year now and I can say that their service has been fantastic. We receive a phone call from their quality manager on a regular basis to ensure we're receiving good service. You simply provide them with a script for conversations with your customers (callers) and they collect the required information. This ensures we can address all enquiries to the right team member. There have been some cases when we didn't receive sufficient information, but then with a help of their quality manager, we've tweaked the script and it ever since works nicely. I really feel that they do care about the quality of the service. Their payment plan is transparent and is a right fit for our customer servicing budget. I 100% recommend this service.”

“I have used Cymphony for more than ten years and the service is "simply the best". They seamlessly answer and handle my calls; screening and dealing with bothersome cold callers that I don't want to talk to, whilst expertly managing my important calls. In fact, clients often comment on the friendliness and efficiency of my 'secretary'! Honestly, I can't fault the flexible, responsive and professional service that Cymphony has provided to us over many years.”

“We have used Cymphony since 2014. The service allows us to work where we are most effective without the need for any fixed landlines at our premises yet have someone answer calls personally. Never had any issues and the price is great for the service.”

“As a very busy Business, every missed call really matters to us. Having Cymphony there to professionally answer the calls after the 3rd ring, keeping the clients happy & taking messages so well that they come across as part of the team, really helps. Especially when we can't cope. When you weigh up the extra business they help us secure, against their costs, it's a no brainer. I recommend them to anyone.”
