As a small business we have used Cymphony for many years. They are professional in the way they answer the telephone and deal with queries. You would not know when you ring our number that you were ringing a service to take your calls. Myself I have also worked as a Receptionist in a Law Company and a School in my past jobs and i know from workload i sometimes even missed calls or let them go to answer machine as i couldn't cope with the amount of calls coming in at the same time. This of course never happens with Cymphony Highly recommend and a fraction of the price in a month to what you would have to pay somebody to answer the phone
