“Always an excellent service. We have used Cymphony for almost 10 years now. They can pick up calls when we are short staffed/unavailable so we find their services very useful.”

“We have used Cymphony for many years for our two businesses. I tried once before when i joined the Company to manage phone calls as well as be at my desk, take messages, and deliver to recipient as well as do my own work. The difference between us is exactly why we still use Cymphony to this date. All calls answered immediately, all messages delivered to recipients listed straight away. Logs of all the calls end of the month in a bill, listing all calls and duration of calls. Excellent professional service from Cymphony and the different voices answering the phones, give off a vision of a larger company than we are which is excellent for new business I for many years a long time ago used to be a receptionist, in a small firm in my first job and a Secondary School in my last job before working where i do now. If such a service was available in those days, i would have been out of a job. Cannot recommend Cymphony enough. Well done to all the staff including staff in the background who we never get to speak to if we ever need to which i admit is rare”

“Cymphony have provided a great all round service and been extremely prompt in terms of communication and the set-up of the services.
