Was indespensible when I started my business as I wasn't available to handle every call that came in. The Cymphony service was 1st class - my clients never knew they weren't speaking to my office staff (of which there were none!).
Excellent service at a very reasonable price. I'd recomend them to any small buiness.
100% better than an answering machine!
