Not at all happy about yet another price increase. We will seriously be considering whether we actually benefit from using you. Increasing number of mistakes made.

Has been a good service for a few years but the 48% price hike this year is unwarranted, even my energy bills haven't increased by that much.

On the whole its a good service but I am marking it down because of the following: 1. No proactive customer relationship management: 2. Obvious sales calls and wrong numbers still getting through 3. Email addresses and company names not being checked and spelling mistakes being made Dave

There are lots of spelling mistakes in the messages that come through to me and wrong email addresses too.

Could be better... Most of the orders we receive are without the encryption code. We have had a lot of customers said they are advised they will get next day delivery when they speak to a cymphony advisor... although we do offer next day delivery, there are terms to this. i,e some products are sent in the post, next day cut off is 3pm, some products are a longer leadtime etc so would prefer delivery times not to be discussed. But it is great having a service that takes our messages when we are closed or busy

Cymphony do what I need them to do and not a lot more. Sometimes I have concerns from callers who contact me separately to say the call wasn't answered, or was answered poorly, but on the whole Cymphony do a good enough job.

We have used this company for several years under previous names etc with the latest being Cymphony. I must admit the service is not what it used to be with several mistakes on telephone numbers and when trying to trace through back through customer services we had to tell them how to retrieve the correct number! Prices also increase with no warning as well so beware.

After many years of easy contact now cannot get hold of anyone to speak to. I was trying to arrange a change of message as MD was out so ending up emailing request to Cynphony and that obviously never happened as people continued ringing for him

We do now have a Portal where you can leave a message that will be emailed direct to The Team or you can even update your own status to say your are out of the office or on Holiday. There have been several occasions over the last year or so of people within the business stating that they are unable to get through (including Team Leaders). One occasion in particular the employee did ring the hotline number on two consecutive days and the messages were not sent to ourselves which could have resulted in the employee losing their job (with other issues too). This was investigated your end as the employee could prove the number was contacted and it transpired she had contacted your company. The format of your day and night shift could/should be the same in how they are received at this end. Overall - content with the service.
