“We have been looked after by the team for 7 years+ and we can only praise all the staff for their professionalism and great enthusiasm at all tims when handling our calls. Having a receptionist available to answer our calls 24/7 in the most professional manner, has given us as business owners a lot of freedom and reassurance. We can carry on with other important tasks, knowing with confidence we will never miss "that" important call. We cannot thank the team enough!!”

“What we like about Cymphony is that people calling in think that they are our reception, they are polite and often filter calls that are not relevant to us. Messages are generally taken accurately and dispatched quickly.”

“Cymphony takes the pressure off when, in a busy office, there are numerous tasks to do and the phone ringing just adds another distraction. Rather than potentially losing a client or enquiry, I know I can count on the PA team to take a suitable message, email me with the requirement, allowing me to triage and then follow up when convenient. They can even filter out nuisance calls if required which is invaluable! Very much recommended.”

“We have been with Cymphony since 2007 and, as we are very small company, we rely on them to handle a considerable number of our calls. We have always found the service to be efficient and reflects our company very well in the eyes of our callers. We have built up a genuine relationship with the call handlers and can trust them to deal with the inquiries in a professional manner, furthermore, the costs are very reasonable.”

“We have used Cymphony for many years now and the customer service you will receive is first class. Nothing less at all times I myself many years ago used to work in companies as a Receptionist in a busy Solicitors firm and for 10 years after that a Receptionist in a secondary school of 1200 pupils and as there was only me I could never get to all the calls on time, would often have to leave it ring and switch to answer machine and listen to the messages when i got time and sometimes I forgot to give messages on time to recipients especially when it was a very busy time for me so I appreciate it is not just somebody answering the telephone, you are the first port of call when contact is made so it is important to be professional at all times. All the team who answer the calls are first class in taking our calls. After all first impressions are important. With Cymphony you receive you message immediately. When you call Cymphony the call is answered always very quickly and you are sent your message instantly. This can be by email, or phone and i believe whatever suits you best to receive your messages so we always have a good response time to deal with our enquiries. Equally if we are too busy, out of office, on holiday or whatever reason we cannot deal with calls that day, Cymphony inform our customers and keep them up to date. I cannot recommend them enough. For the bill that comes in each month in relation to the amount of calls answered that month for you, the price is unbeatable as well.”
