“We are forced to use you against or will by senior staff at Neighbourly !! Nothing wrong with your service but i can do the same with my smart phone I don't need you/ sorry not personal but its just Neighbourlys way of screwing more money out my franchise .. “They are professional, friendly and helpful. They were very supportive during the lockdown period of the Covid pandemic. They are a valuable friendly voice for potential new clients who call when I am unable to answer, therefore allowing appointments to be scheduled in my absence”

“Been using cymphony for a long time now. There have been a few teething problems as the business has grown, and new staff were taken on. However, the issues have been looked into and dealt with to my satisfaction. i would recommend Cymphony”

“Before Cymphony our calls used to go to an answer machine if nobody was available. But not everybody would actually leave a message. Using Cymphony means we don't miss potential sales when our lines are busy - well worth the cost in my opinion.”

“The answering service is good - I get my messages shortly after the customer has called. Some spelling of names and email addresses etc. have been wrong, but this has not been too much of a problem.”
