“We have been looked after by the team for 7 years+ and we can only praise all the staff for their professionalism and great enthusiasm at all tims when handling our calls. Having a receptionist available to answer our calls 24/7 in the most professional manner, has given us as business owners a lot of freedom and reassurance. We can carry on with other important tasks, knowing with confidence we will never miss "that" important call. We cannot thank the team enough!!”

“What we like about Cymphony is that people calling in think that they are our reception, they are polite and often filter calls that are not relevant to us. Messages are generally taken accurately and dispatched quickly.”

“Cymphony takes the pressure off when, in a busy office, there are numerous tasks to do and the phone ringing just adds another distraction. Rather than potentially losing a client or enquiry, I know I can count on the PA team to take a suitable message, email me with the requirement, allowing me to triage and then follow up when convenient. They can even filter out nuisance calls if required which is invaluable! Very much recommended.”

“We have been with Cymphony since 2007 and, as we are very small company, we rely on them to handle a considerable number of our calls. We have always found the service to be efficient and reflects our company very well in the eyes of our callers. We have built up a genuine relationship with the call handlers and can trust them to deal with the inquiries in a professional manner, furthermore, the costs are very reasonable.”

“We are forced to use you against or will by senior staff at Neighbourly !! Nothing wrong with your service but i can do the same with my smart phone I don't need you/ sorry not personal but its just Neighbourlys way of screwing more money out my franchise ..
