“They are quick at sending messages through but it would be more helpful if they always asked for an email address from the person as well as a phone number.”

“I have used your company for a few years now and your services have been a great benefit to me when having to leave the office from time to time. The fact I can be emailed the callers details allows me to pick up messages on the go, and get back to customers sooner rather than having to wait until I return to the office”

“Started using them when they were Kendlebell, then Pa4you and now Cymphony. Overall a pretty good service with the odd mistake once in a while but I guess nobody is infallible 😅”

“A very useful service, our clients don't realise you don't sit in the same office as we do. But you do have a tendency to increase prices frequently, and by a lot more than inflation!”

“Our company has used Cymphony services for several years now and we are very satisfied with the results so far. Our calls are handled with great care and the customer service is very good. The only hiccups we occasionally suffer is when new Cymphony staff join, sometimes they are not properly trained or inducted in our business operations and the error rate goes up, causing customer service failures. Apart from that, we are very happy with the service.”

“I find the Armchair service invaluable as I have a small business and cannot always be present or am busy to answer all calls. They have been helpful in find new ways to communicate with my via email and this is much easier to pick up when I am on the move. I know that my usage is relatively low across a calendar month and understand that the industry for having a call answering service is growing and technology improving. I haven't however seen any reduction in my costs. This may have been something I would have expected from a more competitive market place? Overall I am happy with the service provided.”

“Very please with the service but a point I would raise is when you have new staff they need to know a bit about our business so when our customers call the receptionist knows what we do. Just a brief look at our web site. or have a brief outline on the screen”

“Armchair is so helpful to take our messages when we are in meetings which saves us the worry of being disturbed to answer the phone. The report that follows is useful but this needs to come through immediately to ensure we haven't missed anything between us, as it tends to come through a little bit later. Otherwise, excellent service with friendly staff.”

“On the most part Armchair provide a good service. Sometimes things can be missed and it is not as good as answering the phone with your own team. However at busy times it is the next best thing.”
