Our company has used Cymphony services for several years now and we are very satisfied with the results so far. Our calls are handled with great care and the customer service is very good.
The only hiccups we occasionally suffer is when new Cymphony staff join, sometimes they are not properly trained or inducted in our business operations and the error rate goes up, causing customer service failures.
Apart from that, we are very happy with the service.
