Ordered a product for valentines , didn’t turn up even though the tracking said “delivered” was indeed delivered to a doorstep which wasn’t there, to then say I would only be due 30% refund as it was “delivered” nowhere on the terms & conditions states this as I have thoroughly read it and even had it confirmed by staff, also told as I didn’t pay shipping insurance, yet paid £7.99 shipping. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY, take money, don’t deliver then make up their own rules not stated on website. USE A MIRE REPUTABLE COMPANY GUYS AS THESE HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES! Still waiting on a refund which they’re denying so now going through fraud team with the bank and putting a complaint forward to the Ombudsman.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for a hamper to be delivered as a golden wedding anniversary present. Unfortunately, this is not going to arrive in time, despite the estimated delivery time being 20 January. No response from Customer Services. Appalling company. DO NOT USE!!!

Placed my order on 5th December, emailed on 12th to ask where my order was and was told that it would be dispatched on the 15th. Emailed on the 21st as there was still no parcel and I got no reply. I resorted to messaging their Facebook page on the 23rd and was told my order would be delivered the next day - I was happy as it was to be a Christmas gift and was told it would be here on time. On the 24th a parcel arrived but it was completely wrong with most of the order missing. I had to spend Christmas Eve running around looking for a last minute gift. If only the replies and delivery had been as quick as custom gifts taking the payment out of my account - funny that there were no issues with that part. So much hassle and over all a terrible experience.

Item never arrived. Dec 10th: ordered the item. Dec 20th: I emailed them to ask when it would even be dispatched, let alone delivered. Dec 21st: They emailed me to say that it'd be dispatched today. Dec 24-29th: I emailed them several times to ask where the item was and that I'd like a full refund. No reply. Jan 4th: contacted my bank to get my refund as I'd still had no correspondence from Custom Gifts. Jan 5th: I receive an email from CG telling me that my gift had arrived (it hadn't). Absolutely shambolic. Do not bother with this company.

Emailed the company never got a response as told it would be delivered on a set date which it did not rang the guy and was told they would look into and get back to me and they did not so ended up having to go somewhere else and pay double for another one on next day delivery to make sure it arrived before Christmas it then turned up too late will never use this company again i would advise shopping elsewhere and paying a bit more so you know you will get goods in time

Absolutely appalled with customer service, I have emailed NUMEROUS times about a blanket I did not receive and I am just being ignored. If I do not get a response and some help today I will be plastering it all over social media.

I bought the Personalised Projection Photo Necklace a a Christmas present. I must say very poor quality, picture inside is bearly recognisable. 100% recommended not to purchase!

Ordered a cushion for a christmas gift, emailed to ask if it would be here before christmas got an email saying they had lost my parcel and would have to open an investigation about it, emailed a few days later asking what is happening and if I would get a refund had no reply whatsoever absolutley terrible!

My delivery took 15 days which I expected, however I called numerous times to track it, check all was ok. the last time I called they advised it would be delivered today. It arrived like this. (Sample photos). Awful considering it was a Christmas gift!

Bought a 4 pic photo blanket for xmas gift just got it in time tho was not great the pictures were not printed on blanket straight, disappointed 😕

Absolutely awful customer service! Had a call from a member of the team to say my blankets photos hadn't gone through. So I sent them to him as requested and he decided to do nothinh with them! So i sent. A message via their Facebook and was told to ring on Monday and as for another member of staff which I did and that staff member doesn't work Mondays.. I spoke to another guy who was very helpful but unfortunately we have received someone else's blanket so that's another person without an order! And now trying to get through to customer services is an absolute nightmare and I can see why!!! Absolutely shocking customer service

Sadly no option for no stars or even minus stars. This is the single worst experience when buying something ever. Ordered middle of November and eventually arrived middle of December. No order confirmation received and the customer service was disgraceful with lies about the dispatch date

I placed a order on 28th November via clear pay and my items have not arrived I am basically paying for items I have not recieved I have tried to email this company on a number of occasions but have had no response apart from one email stating items have been delivered when they haven't but when I log into my account it states items are being personalised I'm very annoyed no one should have to pay for items they have not recieved and when I'm trying to find out qhats going on there is poor lack of communication from custom gifts I will not be making any further purchases from this company

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU. SO GLAD I PAID VIA PAYPAL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK.

Item ordered weeks ago in plenty of time for Christmas. Order was confirmed and money taken of course. Item never turned up. I have emailed multiple times and had NO reply. Will not be using again.

Do not order from here they take your money and do not deliver your items when they say they have nor do they respond to emails regarding the whereabouts of your order
