This is a dreadful business to deal with. They promise two day delivery on an item, take payment and then two weeks later, after many phone calls and emails, cancel the order. Then I get an email saying now the item is delivered could I write a review. Don’t know what to say really.

Quality of towels are awful! Got sent a replacement and it’s just as bad. Only way you will get a refund is to cut the towel up and show them! Absolute joke! Avoid

Hi there - I am really sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with the quality of your towels, if you are able to provide a photograph of any issues to our customer services team we can sort this for you. We have to request that the Officially Licensed football products are destroyed if a refund is issued as this is part of our contract with the teams, I apologise if this seems an unusual request. :-)

you have sent this email to me saying that my order has been delivered. Your information is wrong - Yodel has not yet delivered this - their tracking has said that the parcel is out for delivery with driver for the past three days but has not yet been delivered - so i am not able to give a positive review at this time.

Yet to receive yet. Was ordered end 29th Noc with delivery between 3rd and 9th of December.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 2 months and still my order has not been delivered despite having an email saying it was and no response from customer services. AVOID!

We have never received our order and never told that the order had been cancelled due to problems with the supplier. I assume I have been refunded- I haven’t checked my account yet. And now I receive incorrect e-mails! This is an appalling way to run a business and I will obviously not be using you again.

Shocking service from start to finish order was never delivered due to a print issue. At no point did someone ring and say there’s an issue it had to wait til I contacted. I was then told it’s been fixed I should receive my order in about a week I waited 2 still nothing I emailed and you now had no idea my order where my order is. Asked for my money back was told it would be 2-5 working days that was 13 working days ago still not got my money back. Totally useless inept business. Absolute shambles

Never received my towel, no communication at all and had to contact them on several occasions to get my money back. Would not recommend at all.

Poor customer service and poor service too. I never received the item when it said I should have received it, so I rung them . I was told I would get a call back and it never happened, so I rung them again and then I got my refund.

Never arrived after 2 weeks emailed them. 2 days later they replied saying there was a corruption in the design file and I would need to reorder. They have send me the vouchers to cover this so I have reordered and now waiting again for delivery. How long would i have waited if I hadn't contacted them? Hopefully it will arrive this time

Couldn’t make the picture out, far too dark, and just large blobs, maybe my fault if the picture was too close. Such a shame, it was for my daughter of her dog we have just had to have put to sleep. The blanket is lovely quality though for the price

Well as the gift of personalised Marmite was never delivered I’m not pleased at all. To be honest I never felt comfortable using them from the outset. I’ve queried it with them and they come up with excuses about failing technology and then saying it’s been delivered. We’ll it hasn’t. I won’t be dealing with this bunch again.

The product when finally arrived was very good I have to say, however the ustomer service was terrible. The towel arrived late and I had to keep asking for information regarding the delivery. I was always replied to, but it was me that had to chase it they never once took the lead and contacted me.

The item never arrived and no one communicated back that it was not going to be sent. Numerous emails were sent whereby I was even once told it was dispatched that day for next day delivery… which never happened. Then all of a sudden received a refund email after 2 weeks of order date. Appalling service - don’t order from here!!!!

Email received saying they could see my item had been delivered and would I review it. I responded confirming i had not received it. They then email me to say they can’t supply it. Very poor service and worrying they emailed to say I had received it when they had no intention of supplying three weeks after they accepted my order and took my money. If I could leave zero stars I would.
