“No email confirming order, no emails at all, no response to emails social media messages and no order at all no refund Then the day I email saying Ime taking things further I get an email saying my orders been deliverd and can I leave a review WHAT ORDER? You haven’t deliverd anything to me or even communicated a thing once you took my money Telephone don’t answer either”

“If i could give this rubbish company less than 1 i most certainly would. Iv had nothing but problems from start to finish, customer service email is horrendous, everytime i have emailed i just get it will be sent out in the next couple days, its been 4 weeks its ment to be 2, i will NEVER order again”

“I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Been told by yodel that it was delivered on the 23rd..but as someone was home all day..I know it wasn't delivered! Very disappointed as it's a personalised present for my sister (the place I had it delivered to) and no one else would be interested in keeping it.”

“Placed order, paid then waited three weeks with no delivery. Contacted custom gifts for an update to be told sorry it's out of stock and won't be back in. Not good service would love to know at what point I would have been informed of this if I had not decided to chase up myself”

“Still waiting for my order been waiting a while I did send email & they told me it would be delivered that Thursday it’s been over another week now & still nothing so mailed them again & they basically told me same just different days I have now checked my email again & got one from them saying looks like it’s arrived if it isn’t the case pls contact us, we’ll I have been doing thst & don’t seem to be getting anywhere. I have got 3 pillows for my children, as we have sadly lost our pet. & needed these pillows to help with them getting g to sleep and still waiting not a happy customer & I would of used this site so many more times as well coz wanted to order a blanket next but I don’t no coz I’m still waiting on this one long wait. Just hope I do get my order very very soon.”

“I was fully expecting a fleecey blanket, what I received was a flat piece of material. A pancake is thicker than this ‘blanket’ This is completely useless! Have emailed them. To say I am disappointed is an understatement!”

“I ordered a personalised flag on 20/08/21, the website stated 7 days delivery. When I hadn't received my flag within the 7 days i checked the website again to see the delivery had changed to 10 - 14 days. Ive just checked again and it states my expected delivery is 8th September but still i haven't received it. Be prepared to wait longer. 3 weeks with a bank holiday, 14 days but I still haven't received it. Emailed them twice but had no reply.”
