“Took ages to come! Had to chase them for delivery”

Hi Helen, We apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion. I can see it took 8 working days for your bespoke order to be produced and shipped which is beyond our estimated service times. This was due to a combination of excess production pressures in the lead-up to Valentine's Day and that your items were re-printed as the initial cushions failed our quality checks as were not 100% perfect which required them to be re-produced extending our lead-time. We apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion and sincerely hope that despite the short delay that you / your recipients are happy with the end products and the personalisation. “Ordered a photo blanket. Not quite what I imagined. The printing was good, however the blanket is not symmetrical and the fleece lining on the reverse is a bit rough. Wouldn't order another one. Disappointed but hope the recipient likes it, mainly due to the printed photo 🤞”

“Don’t listen to the lead del time, I spent a fortune on beach towels for holiday says 1-2 day’s delivery still hasn’t arrived after 10 days ended up getting delivered after I flew on holiday… customer service pants couldn’t cancel as they were personalised”

“I would of loved to give this 5 stars,as the ordering was easy and the delivery was really quick.The cushion is good quantity but unfortunately my photo has an image underneath it and is showing at the sides of my photo.It just spoiled the cushion.”

“The wallet itself it nice but the quality of the picture is very very poor, it fact you can barely tell what it is. Very very disappointed with it and certainly won't be buying anything from here again. Delivery was pretty quick and it was packaged fairly well.”

“The quality of the sacks are okay, not as thick as other sacks but as I got 50% off, that’s not the end of the world. The consistency though Is hit and miss, I had purchased two sacks so that I could fill a sack and do a quick switch at the end of the childrens beds but the placement of their names is different. I’m worried as years go by they will realise it’s a different sack! The towel I purchased is nice, though feels more like a blanket then a towel!”

“Only half the order delivered waited over 3 weeks from ordering, first to be told was processing then told seems order been mis placed then sent out to only receive half. Refund scheduled as now no delivery in time for Xmas 5 days for processing a refund on top of wait time.”
