“The towel looks amazing, however, customer service is really bad. It has taken nearly 4 weeks for me to receive the towel that I ordered. I have emailed Custom Gift numerous times, and nobody ever replied. Fortunately, after managing to get in contact with them, I found out that the printing machine was broken, which was the reason the delivery was delayed. Eventually, I received the towel, however, if customer service has provided regular updates on the order, I would be happy to give it 5 stars.”

“Ordered a flag which stated delivery before the 23rd, which is when i required it, it didn’t arrive till the 28th, so the flag is now pointless, i’d avoid this company !!”

“Good quality towels received printed as requested within 10 days though packaging poor and not very well protected within envelope. Disappointing care considering cost of ordered gifts. No delivery date initially given , just vague will be sent within 3 days of production.”

“I was told item would be dispatched on Wednesday but it was the Saturday,I was a bit concerned that I would not get it at all after seeing the reviews.The item came and am very pleased with it ok it was a few days late but it came .I have to say that Ryan got back to me promptly with any queries I had . guys a five next time you will get there”
