“I was told item would be dispatched on Wednesday but it was the Saturday,I was a bit concerned that I would not get it at all after seeing the reviews.The item came and am very pleased with it ok it was a few days late but it came .I have to say that Ryan got back to me promptly with any queries I had . guys a five next time you will get there”

“Our recently formed Parkinson's walking football club is taking off, we have found kit sponsors and have a tournament coming up in April. I wanted a flag for our supporters to take to the tournament and found a suitable one that could be personalised. The design process was really easy and the flag came in approximately five days from ordering it. The quality of the material and of the printing were first class and I was delighted with it. I would definitely use Custom Gifts again and recommend them to friends and family.”

Hi Helen, We apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion. I can see it took 8 working days for your bespoke order to be produced and shipped which is beyond our estimated service times. This was due to a combination of excess production pressures in the lead-up to Valentine's Day and that your items were re-printed as the initial cushions failed our quality checks as were not 100% perfect which required them to be re-produced extending our lead-time. We apologise for the delay you experienced on this occasion and sincerely hope that despite the short delay that you / your recipients are happy with the end products and the personalisation. “Ordered on the 2 Feb ( checked to confirm delivery times and details) still waiting on 15th Feb nothings arrived..as was a valentine's present requested a refund and been ignored for the last week”

I can see from your order history you successfully made contact with with our customer service team on the 12th February and having discussed your order and the time sensitive nature of your gift we immediately upgraded your delivery to a complimentary 24 hour special delivery service rather than the standard 48 hour service to ensure your personalised mug would reach you in advance of valentine's day. I have checked your delivery status and can see we have POD provided by Royal Mail illustrating delivery was made on the 13th February 2025 at 13:36. This can be confirmed by checking the tracking information provided to you via automated shipping notification email sent on the 12th February.
