I recently ordered a wallet with a photo of my dad and late mother for a gift for my dad for his birthday, when it arrived i was very disappointed to see the photo did not resemble any of my parents especially my late mother

Disappointing. Ordered 2 personalized advent calendars got a email saying they've been delivered? Yet the account saying something else emailed to then be told I'm being refunded due to them not stocking them.... Why are they on the website to purchase if they don't sell them?

absolutley shocking customer service. Asked for a refund the day I ordered it and got told it would be here 2 days after as I needed it for a birthday. Week later it still wasn’t here. Will never order again

Awful company! I received a personalised mug that wasn’t mine which means my daughters face is with someone else. And haven’t received my original order still!

Nothing like the pictures the print wasn't like I put in the box that was given. The quality is shocking like really bad. 100% avoid this

The flag arrived. It was pink and white. (White with a pink cross) It was supposed to say the name of the town of CLECKHEATON but arrived with MEDWAY LADS on it. No I want the flag I asked for. We were going to order again with a another place name on it. But they have failed big time. So forget that. I took a photo but that link is not working suprise suprise. Pathetic at best.

Never received gift poor communication had to call so many times resorted to emailing them numerous times. Finally got a refund that was after myself chasing them up as they made no effort to.contact me at all.

The towel is as for my grandson birthday. It had pulls and bobbles on it. I emailed the day I received it and over a week later still no reply. Won’t be buying from here again

Towel is so thin, not really a towel to wipe hands or body with ( will be so damp). Looks like it will fall apart in the wash. The style is good but useless calling it a towel

Ordered marshmallow toasting kit, inner carton ripped allowing items to move around, the toaster tin was badly dented, I e-mailed with photographs of the damaged packaging and tin, a replacement tin has been sent and this was also damaged very disappointed in this company and certainly won’t be using them again, they offered a refund but want me to package the items up and send them back complete with the receipt, for the value of the order I simply can’t be bothered you expect for the goodwill of customers past and present (and to avoid the type of review I am writing) you would think a refund would be readily provided, steer clear of this poor quality gift company

Flimsy synthetic material, I can’t believe that would be an approved mask as it’s extremely thin and would not stop any droplets. I was expecting it to be at least properly packed but instead it came in the envelope it was sent in, not even wrapped in a bit of plastic before putting in in the envelope. It cost overall over £15 including the postage, and it was really overpriced. Highly disappointing in every single way.

Awful! Just awful! Items all came separately, with no insight into when they were coming, just a courier message on the day an hour or two before delivery. Different couriers for different items. Literally ridiculous! The toblerone wasn’t even personalised, it was a sleeve to go over the chocolate! What was the point! £12.99 for that! Appalling.

Hi would not use this seller. Item I received was all ripped and contacted them about it. Was told I would get full refund and never received it. Ive sent numerous emails and they dnt answer. Avoid at all costs
