Ordered a flag which stated delivery before the 23rd, which is when i required it, it didn’t arrive till the 28th, so the flag is now pointless, i’d avoid this company !!

Ordered on the 2 Feb ( checked to confirm delivery times and details) still waiting on 15th Feb nothings arrived..as was a valentine's present requested a refund and been ignored for the last week

Hi Scott, Apologies for the delay you experienced in producing your personalised gift order. I can see from your order history you successfully made contact with with our customer service team on the 12th February and having discussed your order and the time sensitive nature of your gift we immediately upgraded your delivery to a complimentary 24 hour special delivery service rather than the standard 48 hour service to ensure your personalised mug would reach you in advance of valentine's day. I have checked your delivery status and can see we have POD provided by Royal Mail illustrating delivery was made on the 13th February 2025 at 13:36. This can be confirmed by checking the tracking information provided to you via automated shipping notification email sent on the 12th February. Awful customer service, no accountability taken for a poor quality item, just blamed me providing a low resolution image, which I had no idea was a low quality image. I have involved trading standards now due to this companies low quality attitude

Ordered and expecting delivery sat( today) not being delivered ,showed today as delivery date ,nothing,Xmas party tomorrow is ruined 😞

I can see your order was made on the evening of the 5th December and was printed and dispatched within 3 working days ahead of our published turnaround times. Unfortunately your Yodel tracking indicates it is still awaiting delivery so we have raised a ticket for this item being assumed lost given the delay observed. WANT TO ACTUALLY GIVE ZERO STARS! DISGUSTED Failed miserably! First Mother's Day gift never arrived! Just a refund and no explanation even after providing original images after the initial set up didn't work supposedly. Incredibly disappointed with the communication and customer service. One of the most special days for my partner and I obviously put my trust in the wrong people to deliver.

It took 5 weeks to arrive, when the bottle arrived the name was clearly spelt Jemma not Jenna. When I queried this Ryan sent me an image of the comparison of the two names.... Simply writing Jemma and Jemmma it was ridiculous. I would like a refund but no response as yet Michael Paterson

I can't actually review my product as it never arrived, communication started well between myself and custom gifts and as soon as I reported my parcel missing, all communication stopped. Took absolutely weeks to get this resolved and had to go through a third party to achieve this and then custom gifts even had the audacity to still charge me the delivery costs for something that never arrived. I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order, AVOID AT ALL COST!!

SCAM. Still not received my item but received an email claiming it has been delivered even though I was never sent any tracking or courier emails to say it had even been shipped. Stay way clear

Have used this company previously and love the quality of blanket I received. I have ordered 6 blankets for Christmas presents 1 individual blanket with 4 photos on and 5, 4 photo blankets the same. These were Christmas gifts and only the single one has been delivered. Tracking and messages are telling me I have received them all but I am missing 5 blankets !! I have called and left messages and emailed and no reply. Such a shame as the blankets are great and intended on ordering lots more in the new year. I just want my order or someone to contact me about it !!! It’s not nice having to explain to friends their present hasn’t arrived 😥

I ordered a personalised welsh flag, Put all the information on it, with in the parameters, the club logo 1/2vwas missing, the order had taken almost 3 week to arrive, they say 1 or 2 days delivery to mainland UK. But it had taken 6days, I have contacted customer service, if they help I will improve my rating for company

Hi Dean Thank you for your review. The point regarding 1 to 2 days is the delivery time once the order is shipped. The production time is shown on the product page. We have had a look at the phot you have sent and also the upload that you made on the website when designing your flag and they seem to match. Having received my order for a photo chopping board I was astounded to see they obviously hadn't viewed the photos before it was printed as all the heads were chopped off so absolutely no use Never order from them again their rubbish

After more than a month, the order is not fulfilled and there is no response when I email to enquire about the progress. I hope to receive an explanation and refund soon.

Item came after a month of ordering, chips on the wooden handle bars and then a crack in the base of the rocking horse including cracked paint. I have emailed and haven't received an email back. Ink on the personalised name has smeared all over the wood. Terrible and broken
