If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for a hamper to be delivered as a golden wedding anniversary present. Unfortunately, this is not going to arrive in time, despite the estimated delivery time being 20 January. No response from Customer Services. Appalling company. DO NOT USE!!!

Three weeks ago I placed and order, wrote two emails regarding my emails and haven’t received the item or any respond. But I received this email asking me for a review. Wonder if I ever going to receive the item which was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. Absolute joke

Not at all happy! Made my order at the Pet Show on the 2/11/19. Still no arrival in December. Rang and spoke to someone who stated the products I’d be sent straight out. Received nothing so called back the following week and nothing was even seen to. This man then did get the order sorted. I then received one cushion which was poor quality and was unfinished! Then I received a second order of the same cushion which was great quality. The thing is I did not receive the second cushion. So for Xmas which I originally ordered at the beginning of November I only have the cushion for my daughter, not my son. Then the people aren’t contactable until the 2nd January 2020 so this is my son without his cushion which I paid for. I will be in contact after the New Year as way from happy and want a full refund as I’ve been immensely messed about and left without a item! Really isn’t good enough!

WANT TO ACTUALLY GIVE ZERO STARS! DISGUSTED Failed miserably! First Mother's Day gift never arrived! Just a refund and no explanation even after providing original images after the initial set up didn't work supposedly. Incredibly disappointed with the communication and customer service. One of the most special days for my partner and I obviously put my trust in the wrong people to deliver.

I can't actually review my product as it never arrived, communication started well between myself and custom gifts and as soon as I reported my parcel missing, all communication stopped. Took absolutely weeks to get this resolved and had to go through a third party to achieve this and then custom gifts even had the audacity to still charge me the delivery costs for something that never arrived. I wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order, AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Don’t listen to the lead del time, I spent a fortune on beach towels for holiday says 1-2 day’s delivery still hasn’t arrived after 10 days ended up getting delivered after I flew on holiday… customer service pants couldn’t cancel as they were personalised

Need to be clearer about shipping times and include an estimated production time, I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d have known it would have taken 3 weeks. Requested to cancel the order but was never acknowledged.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 2 months and still my order has not been delivered despite having an email saying it was and no response from customer services. AVOID!

Well as the gift of personalised Marmite was never delivered I’m not pleased at all. To be honest I never felt comfortable using them from the outset. I’ve queried it with them and they come up with excuses about failing technology and then saying it’s been delivered. We’ll it hasn’t. I won’t be dealing with this bunch again.

The product when finally arrived was very good I have to say, however the ustomer service was terrible. The towel arrived late and I had to keep asking for information regarding the delivery. I was always replied to, but it was me that had to chase it they never once took the lead and contacted me.

Email received saying they could see my item had been delivered and would I review it. I responded confirming i had not received it. They then email me to say they can’t supply it. Very poor service and worrying they emailed to say I had received it when they had no intention of supplying three weeks after they accepted my order and took my money. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Poor customer services, had to battle for a refund. Item not even acknowledged as ordered and still took the money. Please do your research before ordering

They sent me a email saying I have received my gift but I haven’t received it so far I have sent them 2 emails but not heard anything back it’s for my father in law’s birthday which is next Friday

Ordered in November for Christmas delivery. One item of the order arrived swiftly and problem free. I have also had previous orders with no problems. First email was ignored but chased up by telephone before Christmas and was told 'it was waiting outside' and they would make sure I had it by Christmas. Fortunately, I made other arrangements and despite 2 more chasers since Christmas, with a different story given each time I'm resigned to losing approx £50 worth of stuff. I think it's incompetence rather than crookedness as why would they send part out, and indeed even bother answering the 'phone. Anyway, customer lost forever.
