Very disappointed. I ordered a gift a week before my friend’s birthday and it arrived a week after in a damaged box. Won’t be shopping here again.

I had a custom flag ordered to me today and when i opened it there was what look liked burn marks and a hole in the flag.

Took ages to come and no communication. When I chased them got a generic reply which blamed postal strike. Not really like a towel more like a fleece blanket on one side. I ordered thinking it was coming from UK but think it comes from China.

Hi Wendy Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you had some delays in the order however i can confirm the items are made in the UK in Lincoln in our factory. The towel has a Microfiber front and a 100% cotton back. Thanks again SM

Asked for a review on something that hasn’t arrived yet even though it was meant to arrive on the 12th. Have been in contact and told it will definitely get here, then asked for a review and told its arrived when it hasn’t. 😩

Very poor quality. The personalised towel is very thin fabric and the edging is not finished to a good standard. I will not be purchasing again from this company. I am unable to show a photo as the present has been sent. I have had to purchase another gift as I felt this towel was very sub standard.
