“Rubbish. 1-2 day delivery con. Missed the event I order it for. Production time not evident. Need min 5 days to arrive. No offer of refund”

“Very disappointed in the time it took to arrive I was promised it would be delivered Saturday and it arrived today! I needed it for a birthday gift on Saturday for a party. The item is very disappointing as the faces on the picture have been chopped in half. I have attached a picture. Very very disappointed in general.”

“Absolute awful experience. From ordering to delivery. Communication/ Customer service is non existent. Emails not answered. Misleading info on website. Ordered well in advance for honeymoon gift, and received to late after event. Requested refund and ignored. Would never waste my time again.”

“Awful customer service. Flags arrived later than the stated time therefore we couldn’t use them. (plus it says 2 days on the website, which I’ve seen a few people have been caught out by) I tried to contact customer services however they were extremely unhelpful and rude and have now stopped answering my emails. I will not be ordering from them again and I urge everyone else to do the same as if you have an issue they are unwilling to sort it for you.”

“The Sheffield Wednesday towel i ordered is poor quality. The colour is 'Man City' blue, not 'Sheffield Wednesday' blue and looks terrible. Also, the towel is very thin.”

“Ordered Mothers Day gift, courier provided no update had to chase Custom twice. Finally had the gift resent after Mother’s Day but there was no apology or empathy. I did actually question at one point if they existed.”

“I ordered a gift for my daughters first Mother's Day for 19th March. The money was taken out very quickly, but no progress with the order for days. I rang quite a few times asking how the order was going. One person said they didn't have the canvases in stock and was waiting for a delivery. Another person said that it had been printed and they would get back to me to let me know what's happening. They got back to me and said that they still haven't got the canvases in stock and wouldn't be ready to be sent out for Mother's Day. I had to request a refund and go else where for a gift at the last minute. A very poor service. I won't be ordering from this company again.”

“Delivery time was excellent. However, the box that the jar came in was ripped in two places and the label was stuck on the jar all wonky . Considering this was supposed to be a gift , I am extremely dissatisfied. Complete waste of money .”
