“Hi we booked our cruise package with your lovely and most helpful employee Leanne ladles . She was very thorough and went above and beyond to find us flights and accommodation to co inside with the cruise . We were very happy with the price in comparison to other cruise companies, but mainly how she responded very quickly to all our requests and calls . We’re now all 6 of us very excited and looking forward to our holiday , thanks again Leanne . 🙏🏻”

“Nicki Rawlins was outstanding in her service of sorting out a complicated trip with family members. It was compounded by the fact I was in Australia. Her friendly, speedy and helpful manner helped to relieve me of my stress at the time, and we all ended up having a fantastic time!”

“I was chatting to Carol With a view of making booking if the price was right. What a lovely phone conversation we had about the cruises I was interested in. “Zoe SW recommended to us the best things to do, offered us the time for dining, the price is much cheaper through Cruise Direct. I would not go to anyone else now, amazing customer service. Zoe really listened to what we wanted and suggested where was the best area to be on the ship. Would definitely recommend Cruise Direct to all.”
