“Nicki Rawlings at Cruise Direct was fantastic, in my search for the perfect cruise! I gave her the dates we wanted and said I didn’t want to go to the Canaries, but wanted it to be warm - my dates were December/January. She came back with a fantastic deal with Royal Caribbean, flying to Tampa and cruising to Mexico. I Would highly recommend Cruise Direct but specifically Nicki for her time and patience, in finding us exactly what we wanted! Thank you Nicki - we will be using you again!”

“I have just booked my very first cruise with Cruise Direct. Being a complete novice I found Nicky really knowledgeable and very happy to explain everything in detail. we spent a lot of time discussing various options available to me. I am an amputee wheelchair user so need an accessible cabin. These are very limited but Nicky was able to advise me on understanding the deck layouts at the back of the brochure. I also wanted an outside cabin which further limited my choices. These cabins can't be booked online. This meant that Nicky had to call to enquire about each of my choices and then call me with the results. Unfortunately I have left it late to book for 2026 further reducing my options. We finally found a suitable and available cruise for which Nicky then offered a really good discount on the price. She was even able to send me photos of the cabin so that I could see if I would have space to manoeuvre my wheelchair. I am so grateful to Nicky for her understanding and friendly efficiency and have now registered with Cruise Direct for updates on 2027 cruises. I know now how quickly these cabins are booked.”

“I have used cruise direct and in particular Nicki Rawlins to book 3 cruises so far (4th to soon be booked). Customer service is outstanding. Nicki has been outstanding and very accommodating. Nothing had been too much trouble. She responds very quickly to all requests. Paperwork is sent same day and tickets well in advance. She works relentlessly to ensure all requests are sorted or finds an alternative if not available. I unfortunately was seriously ill earlier in the year so Nicki was able to transfer my booking until next year. Brilliant service. Also I have always found Cruise Direct to have very competitive pricing. So I wouldn’t use another company. I can highly recommend both the company and Nicki. Big thanks”

“This is my first experience of cruise direct and I have to say that Nicki looked after me with great professionalism and was extremely helpful particularly as I’m the type of person who asks a question and then sends another email asking an additional question to the one just asked. She was patient and we ended up in exactly the place that I wanted to be at a cheaper price than your competitors. Nicki is an excellent cruise consultant and a credit to your company.”

“Nicki Rawlins has help my family and I book 3 cruises. She has been helpful, supportive, informative and went out of her way to find us the best cruises that met our requirements (family of 7 travelling with wheelchair user and elderly mother). She made the booking process easy and seamless and took care of all of our needs. Excellent customer service provided. Efficient and effective service. I highly recomment Cruise Direct and Nicki.”
