“Zoe was absolutely fantastic booking our first ever cruise as a couple . She was super informative and gave helpful advice and tips. We got a fantastic deal with MSc virtuoso and really excited for our embarkation today. I would highly recommend Zoe and cruise direct in general as all staff delivered top customer care and service. We are hoping to book a cruise for our honeymoon and would defo book with Zoe again”

“Nicki Rawlins has gone above and beyond today. The cruise company released their 2028 cruises today and she made calls from the minute they opened. Within 2 hours everything was booked paperwork sorted and details sent to me. Absolutely outstanding service. I absolutely wouldn’t book with any other company and Nicki is brilliant. Takes the stress out of booking. A huge thankyou. Zena”
