“Nicki Rawlins has provided a fantastic service and has always been on hand to deal promptly with any questions and resolve any issues throughout the entire process. She has been continually available after the booking has been made until the ship has sailed providing assistance when needed. When you are in her hands, it is smooth sailing all the way.”

“As always Nicki Rawlins from Cruise Direct was excellent in helping arrange our annual cruise. Travelling with a wheelchairbound person and elderly mum is a challenge to get the perfect holiday and Nicki researched our needs and got us the best cruise possible. She is helpful, flexible, attentive and patient. Really happy with the service and I'm sure we'll be booking again! Thanks Nicki.”

“Zoe was very informative, professional and patient in organising and helping us arrange our cruise. She took her time (even after her shift was over) to answer all our questions and requests patiently as ‘first time’ cruisers, we were quite anxious in booking it! We didn’t feel rushed at all 😊 She ensured we got the best out of our cruise in terms of cabins, prices, flights etc and we would definitely recommend Cruise Direct for future cruises.”

“Simply could not have had a more fabulous Lady helping me choose a cruise, the obvious knowledge of a couple of decades under her belt, made me feel soooo looked after, and i haven't even gone on the cruise yet; but im looking forward to it. Do not hesitate... i can tell you, you'll get the same incredible service i got. The whole team were like sunshine everytime I called... 😂 the patience she had was eternal 🤣, and her considering what the other people travelling wanted, and coming up with The Cruise for us all was amazing. A big ❤️ Thank you !”

“Today I spoke to Marian Oliver regarding a cruise my partner & I wanted to book. She was exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly & easy to talk to.
