“We wanted a full package…flights and cruise. Leanne was friendly and helpful, and actually listened, coming back with even more than I had thought possible, saving us time and putting the budget to better use. “Carol Cole and Jamie Harris have both been fantastic with communications and have made the whole process of booking with them an absolute dream! I have made several enquiries via phone calls and emails with Carol Cole and she has been extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable at all times. I highly recommend Cruise Direct, we have just booked our 4th cruise through them and will be booking more in the future.”
