“This was the second river cruise that we have booked with Leanne Ladley and found her to be helpful and informative on both occasions. Leanne is very friendly and makes you feel at ease when discussing the holidays with her. The booking confirmation and all other documents were emailed promptly.”

“Leanne was very knowledgeable in dealing with my booking. When I needed to phone back to ask a question, Leanne was always available or if she was on another call, Leanne phoned my back with absence of urgency . I would have no hesitation in using Cruise Direct again, or recommending them to friends or family.”

“We were recommended to Leanne and Cruise Direct and I’m very happy we were. She has been utterly fantastic. Leanne went above and beyond to make our cruise happen.
