“Zoe SW recommended to us the best things to do, offered us the time for dining, the price is much cheaper through Cruise Direct. I would not go to anyone else now, amazing customer service. Zoe really listened to what we wanted and suggested where was the best area to be on the ship. Would definitely recommend Cruise Direct to all.”

“Marian was absolutely amazing! We were looking at a cruise in Sept to join our friends from the USA. Marian gave us prices and when she went to book, the cabins had disappeared and were no long available! She checked every single day as could not understand why this happened. Three days later they reappeared and Marian was as excited as we were! We booked the cruise at the same price quoted and can't wait to Cruise on Valiant Lady in September. Marian went over and above what we expected. She really did exceed our expectations on all levels! A big Thank you!!”
