“Leanne was very knowledgeable in dealing with my booking. When I needed to phone back to ask a question, Leanne was always available or if she was on another call, Leanne phoned my back with absence of urgency . I would have no hesitation in using Cruise Direct again, or recommending them to friends or family.”

“We were recommended to Leanne and Cruise Direct and I’m very happy we were. She has been utterly fantastic. Leanne went above and beyond to make our cruise happen. Their price point is extremely competitive and customer service has been outstanding. We’re now looking forward to our cruise in September 2024.”

“Very efficient and prompt service in contrast to Cunards own flawed online booking system. I would always use Cruise Direct in consequence. The friendly and helpful member of staff made the booking very easy.”
