“Nicki Rawlings at Cruise Direct was fantastic, in my search for the perfect cruise! I gave her the dates we wanted and said I didn’t want to go to the Canaries, but wanted it to be warm - my dates were December/January. She came back with a fantastic deal with Royal Caribbean, flying to Tampa and cruising to Mexico. I Would highly recommend Cruise Direct but specifically Nicki for her time and patience, in finding us exactly what we wanted! Thank you Nicki - we will be using you again!”

“I have just booked my very first cruise with Cruise Direct. Being a complete novice I found Nicky really knowledgeable and very happy to explain everything in detail. we spent a lot of time discussing various options available to me. I am an amputee wheelchair user so need an accessible cabin. These are very limited but Nicky was able to advise me on understanding the deck layouts at the back of the brochure. I also wanted an outside cabin which further limited my choices. These cabins can't be booked online. This meant that Nicky had to call to enquire about each of my choices and then call me with the results. Unfortunately I have left it late to book for 2026 further reducing my options. We finally found a suitable and available cruise for which Nicky then offered a really good discount on the price. She was even able to send me photos of the cabin so that I could see if I would have space to manoeuvre my wheelchair. I am so grateful to Nicky for her understanding and friendly efficiency and have now registered with Cruise Direct for updates on 2027 cruises. I know now how quickly these cabins are booked.”
