“For the past coupled months, it appears that the standard of the cruise specialists has been significantly lowered. When I intended to book a cruise giving the price showed on the Cruise Direct website, the cruise specialist always replied that the price was incorrect and provided a higher price. Besides, when I requested to know the quotation of some cruises, the cruise specialist replied that he/she needed more time to find out the details and would reply to me later by telephone/email. However, I have never received any reply. When I eventually booked a cruise, some information on the document which I received are usually incorrect. It seems that the cruise specialists are not professional. Nevertheless, I really appreciated to the excellent work from Robyn and Rosie. They are polite, patient and effective. However, I was unable to get in touch with them again. In this connection, I booked cruises with the other cruise agencies instead of Cruise Direct until I received a complimentary voucher of £50 from the Cruise Direct recently. Then, I booked cruise with Cruise Direct again hoping that the services will be better than before.

There is a criticism. The "company" would seem to trade under so many names that I am not sure who is who! Is there still a company trading as "Cumbria Cruise" if so what/who is the holding company and why does the correspondence come from " Cruise Direct"?”
