“Laura was absolutely first class. Went above and beyond to help us change our booking when we couldn't keep the first date. She didn't accept first refusal from cruise company but kept going for us without us having to ask again and then rang with new date. She is a credit to the company and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again because if her. Such a lovely helpful kind person. Thank you so much laura”

“Booked our first cruise with Barrhead/Cruise Direct back in 2015, and have just booked our 5th cruise! The personal touch you guys put into booking our holidays means we will keep returning, you provide options for differing budgets and feedback on your own experiences on cruises to ensure we know exactly what to expect. Booked this time with Zoe S, and didn't disappoint at all - like chatting with a mate you've not seen in years!”

“We’d like to say how amazing Laura Straker is as a travel advisor she goes over and above to help with help and advice. She deals with any queries as soon as possible and keeps you upto date while she’s sorting things for you. She’s at the end of an email when ever you need her. We’d definitely recommend asking for Laura when you’re looking at booking your next holiday. We’d never look at booking with anyone else in future.”

Leanne took us through every step of the booking process, making sure our choices were right for us and our family to make sure we had the perfect family holiday. “I have booked with Zoe at Cruise Direct for our last 4 holidays, she is absolutely brilliant! Always going above and beyond, calling me late in the evenings to fit in with my schedule, on her days off and weekend. Holidays are wonderful but until I met Zoe the booking process was always very stressful, not anymore! Thank you Zoe for being an absolute superstar!!”

“We have to say a huge Thankyou to Carol who somehow worked her magic to get us a great deal for a terrific cabin and was so diligent and patient with all our inquiries. Even called us outside of working hours to ensure we got what we wanted. We’d been talking to another cruise company who were offering us a much inferior cabin at a much higher price so we’re delighted. Thanks Carol.”

“Booked our first cruise to the Caribbean and spoken to Marian, her level of knowledge and the amount of detail she went into re the different cabin types and grades was excellent and really couldn’t do enough for us. “I enquired about a last minute booking for a P&O Cruise and Carol was brilliant! She took the time to understand the type of cabin location that we needed and was happy to keep looking to find the right one for us.
