“The staff at Cruise Direct are always very polite, friendly and helpful. We have mainly dealt with Jamie Harris (manager) who is always extremely professional but also so friendly to deal with. Other staff members are also equally helpful and always return calls when they say they will. Highly recommended!”

“We booked a cruise this morning with Nicki Rawlins at Cruise Direct. She was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. She was able to offer the best price possible which was below other options we had tried. Service was outstanding our paperwork was delivered within the hour after our phone call ended. I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Cruise Direct for outstanding customer service excellent pre holiday support and brilliant follow up. This is the third time we have booked and the quality of service and outstanding value is why we continue to use this service and Nicki in particular . Huge thanks”
