“Jamie Harris is my regular port of call, and is always extremely helpful and efficient, making the bookings and always doing what he says if contacting the supplier or calling me back. He is always very friendly and a credit to your organisation. The other staff I have dealt with over the years have also been very capable.”

“Booking reference 2P5HHT. We dealt with Jamie on the first call and secondly with Nicki the next day to complete our booking. They were both extremely helpful, polite and friendly. They were able to answer all our questions and gave us all the time we needed. I think they are both a credit to your company.”

“I have booked with Nicki at Cruise Direct for 12 years. To be honest I would never book with any other company. Nicki's depth of Knowledge where cruising is concerned is second to none. Always friendly and efficient and makes you feel that you are a valued customer. Prices are always competitive and I have found over the years that I got the best price available. I would thoroughly recommend Cruise Direct.”
