P and O gave short notice of my holiday cancellation, however a suitable holiday was soon identified and booked via Cruise 118.

Took 1hr 28 minutes to book on phone. Could not offer NHS discount which is a shame when other cruise lines offer it.

I cannot fault the knowledge and efficiency of the staff sorting my booking and will always come to cruise 118 to tailor my cruise holiday. However, i never seem to receive the confirmation email and have to chase every time.

Perhaps Covid-19 advice for cruise travel could be better tailored and up dated much quicker. Some of the advice on your and p&o sites date back to a 12 months ago. I appreciate Covid-19 measures can change very quickly be even so wading through the same information time and again is not helpful. I for one haven’t been living on the moon for the last couple of years. Relevant and up to date information pleased. Also for first time cruiser’s to bring a small cabin size suitcase for last night clothing as suitcases our collected before full night onboard. We were first time cruisers a few years again and were not told that suitcases had to be packed and ready to be collected by 6 or 9 o’clock evening before. We struggle d and had to put our remaining clothes in a couple of carrier bags but was very annoyed as did not know this.

Kym was lovely but there was a problem with being told ‘final’ price and then additional costs. We felt it wasn’t Kyms fault but we did consider cancelling the trip

The actual booking experience itself was first class. Claire Ketteringham was excellent. The real struggle was with the actual transfer of a cruise that had not been fairly advertised. Celebrity had shown images of the Eclipse having been "revolutionised." This has now been permanently postponed. Arguably, this fell foul of sale of goods legislation. This issue is that the initial deposit paid is held partly by Celebrity and partly by 118. In this case £300 and £600 respectively. I had significant hassle arguing about the deposit refund but as we were planning to cruise with Celebrity again, it was easier to rebook. The admin fee was "waived" after a discussion with Chris Carter. There should have been no debate. Bottom line is that between them, 118 and Celebrity made this quite difficult when it didn't need to be. Once resolved, Claire was very efficient and we are now looking forward to a different cruise

Although rep who took original booking was friendly and helpful, I felt a little let down by the failure to send the mobility questionair I need to Know I can take y mobility scooter befor I pay the balance (27th Feb) after a 28 min wait I was able to speak to another rep and have now got it and returned it Minor irritation but important to me!
