We have used Cruise118 for most of our cruises and have always found the advisors friendly and very helpful. The only downfall is it takes an age for the telephone to be answered. I am yet to find the Live Chat.

Our initial cruise with NCL was cancelled, gutted as we had excellent destinations. I was disappointed that Cruise118 didn’t offer an alternative at the time, I had to ring! that said Stephanie was gr8 with only having a small window of dates that we could go, she sorted us out with different destinations not quite as good as the original but not her fault. Overall just happy we managed to get a cruise at a good price and still get to go. 😀

In the last week I've booked a Christmas Cruise with Daniel Norris at Cruise 118, and he was super helpful in finding me the best price and letting me know all of the details as a first-time cruiser! The booking process was smooth and simple, and we're just continuing to hope and pray that Covid lays low and we're able to fly out for our Caribbean Christmas Cruise on Symphony with no issues!!

I received good attention but fell into a difference of opinion with Fred Olsen staff over their interpretation of the "Jubilee" offer. However some 48 hours later with help from Cruise 18 staff and a drafted email to Customer Care at Fred Olsen the issue has been resolved with Fred Olsen admitting their m original mistake and correcting the situation

Booking was easy, with a pleasant agent. Still awaiting the booking confirmation a week later though when I was told I'd receive it in 15 minutes. Have used them before and am happy to use them again.

Booking the cruise was easy and attendant very helpful.However when I called back the following day for clarification on a couple of points I was left holding for40 minutes,This I was dissatisfied with and feel you should be as easily accessible for queries as for bookings

Would like to personally thank Hayley Ives , who helped with important travel info , can honestly say I have used cruise 118 ( and wasn’t satisfied with the company recently and their customer service ( and was going to be my last time using the company but Hayley spent the time to help me and dealt with my enquiries ( so booked another cruise ! Will use Hayley again ! What an asset to the company Thankyou

Although the young lady that made my booking was very helpful. it all took a very long time as she had to keep putting me on hold for long periods of time to find things out, I was on the phone for about 45 minutes in all, most of it holding on. She was very polite & apologetic, maybe she was new at it,
