It was an easy way to get information and the agent passed me to somone else to give details she had no access to. He in turn did ring back with all information requested. Sent email to which I am waiting a reply.terrywaller@rocketmail.com

Efficient in details except for flights. The approach to tell me about flights and bag limitations should be available before I pay for the holiday,not after. Otherwise fine.

In general, the booking process was very easy. However, after the payment got accepted I was shown an empty page (just the bottom and top banners were visible) - which was a bit scary because there was no confirmation or booking reference displayed. Eventually, I got an email confirmation but those 20 minutes between the payment and the email were a bit stressful. Also it would be great if I could put my BA executive club number when booking via BA link.

Georgina was very knowledgeable and informative when I had to rebook our cruise after the cruise line cancelled our booking and had lots of problems getting anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls from customer service. I was put on hold for so on number of occasions long that I had to give up at the end and call on the number as a new customer.

Sam made the booking process easy, and was able to tailor make the pre and after cruise arrangements to suit us. I haven’t given five stars as we haven't taken the cruise yet, and as they say ‘the proof of the pudding will be in the eating.’ So i will review again afterwards. I must say I am looking forward to it though.

We have used Cruise118 for most of our cruises and have always found the advisors friendly and very helpful. The only downfall is it takes an age for the telephone to be answered. I am yet to find the Live Chat.

Our initial cruise with NCL was cancelled, gutted as we had excellent destinations. I was disappointed that Cruise118 didn’t offer an alternative at the time, I had to ring! that said Stephanie was gr8 with only having a small window of dates that we could go, she sorted us out with different destinations not quite as good as the original but not her fault. Overall just happy we managed to get a cruise at a good price and still get to go. 😀

In the last week I've booked a Christmas Cruise with Daniel Norris at Cruise 118, and he was super helpful in finding me the best price and letting me know all of the details as a first-time cruiser! The booking process was smooth and simple, and we're just continuing to hope and pray that Covid lays low and we're able to fly out for our Caribbean Christmas Cruise on Symphony with no issues!!

I received good attention but fell into a difference of opinion with Fred Olsen staff over their interpretation of the "Jubilee" offer. However some 48 hours later with help from Cruise 18 staff and a drafted email to Customer Care at Fred Olsen the issue has been resolved with Fred Olsen admitting their m original mistake and correcting the situation
