On the day previous to my booking an unnamed young lady failed to phone me at 2.30pm as promised. Rachel quickly went through the booking process and left me full of confidence that my cruise was booked and that I had done the right thing in returning to CRUISE118

I would have given 5 stars originally as our rep was brilliant and everything got booked. But a couple days later having found out that our 3rd cabin on ocean view was not available after all being booked and deposit paid, is very disappointing. Apparently not the fault of the rep but the fault with P & O live availability etc. We’ve been offered to book inside and balcony. We don’t want inside as could have booked that before. Now some of us will be having to pay more for the balcony as the rest of us will be in ocean view. Very very disappointing.

Was the most competitive price we could get in comparison to P&O direct and other cruise agents. Kim was very knowledgeable on how P&O operated and gave good advice on the process leading up to the cruise.

Added princess plus at £25 per day per person when booking cruise. Confirmation took hours to come through to email and then princess plus had not been added. Have contacted several times and your rep was waiting for Princess Cruises to respond. Now waited two days and I have contacted your agent who said other person I spoke to is still waiting response from Princess Cruises. Need to sort out as this is an anniversary pressie for husband and need to put things in place asap. Many thanks

We are a family of a mother, grandmother, and two children (the children have never been on a cruise before, they will be very excited). We opted for a balcony so that we could have a little more time in the cabin. The team of Cruise 118.com made the itinerary very easy to navigate and we only have to get packed and we are ready for this lovely cruise. Many thanks to the staff at Cruise 118. I had a lot of trouble with the website so in the end I rang up. The lady was most helpful and I was able to book our cruise on the phone. Something is not quite right with your website!

Really friendly in the phone , very helpful and easy to book this way , there was just one thing that I think , and that’s there were no coach or on board spend or anything else including with this booking , and had I booked it directly with p&o would have got a better deal ( better room with on board spend or free coach travel worth £240 from where we live to Southampton so price wise it wasn’t any cheaper in the end

I booked two cruises. One was booked as requested but the other one not. We asked for a port side cabin but we’re given one on the starboard side. It was corrected on the same day but the absence of an explanation or an apology was disappointing.
