“Good competitive price & easy to book online however the confirmation of booking I've received says its a 14 day cruise when its only 11 which means the itinerary I've received on the confirmation of booking is also incorrect - attention to detail is sadly lacking”

This was due to an itinerary display issue where multiple destinations taking place on the same day were listed as separate days, making the sailing appear longer than it is. The cruise is 11 nights, and we’re very sorry this was not reflected accurately. A corrected confirmation has now been sent. “Scarlett was very helpful in booking our cruise. The headline price was similar to other online agents but Cruise 118 were offering a further online discount which made it very competitive. However, this was not working properly. Fortunately Scarlett was able to resolve this to our satisfaction.”

“Ellie Bridges very helpful on matters various. Any problems were devolved from CelebrityXCruises. There is a move towards using Apps by Cruise companies for comms. This is discrimination in that not all guests have mobile phone, or are with mobile that can use Apps. No suggestion by CxC as to alternative provision. As in if no app do this.”
