“Dale has been so patient with my complex and fluid request He was very understanding and I felt I got excellent service . Unfortunately due to health issues I was unable to proceed with the booking but certainly would keep his contact for future cruise advice”

“We booked with cruise 118 in 2024 and everything ran smoothly with Sian as our booking agent so we have returned with a new booking in 2025 and this time Shelley has helped us.
