“Stacey was excellent. She took her time to answer questions and explain everything step by step. She also joined in my excitement of booking the cruise which made it feel a really personal experience. I felt at ease with no pressures to choose from each option that Stacey put to me. She was clear and informative. Booking was followed up shortly by an email which was correct in every way, no mistakes with difficult spellings of names etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cruise118.com.”

“In these unprecedented times when knowledge of rules, regulations and ever changing laws the amateur passenger needs all the help they can get from the professional travel agents. Rachel Halliwell of 118 has helped on many occasions now for many years. We want to get the most from limited facilities being offered by cruise companies, Rachel helps us make the most of our bookings. Oh, and we get our cruises cheaper than booking direct which helps.”

“I had been directed to your site by my friend who had used Cruise 118 before and was very pleased with the service she had received. The minute I spoke to Rebecca Rimmer she knew exactly what I was looking for. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and an asset to the Cruise 118 team, also, the fact that she had been on the ship I am going on was an added bonus, she answered all my questions and I am now really looking forward to my holiday.”

“has an nhs nurse i was desperate to get a break i spoke to john Marcinko who is fantastic and great personality on the phone he has answered all my questions and concerns that i had and o called him back and booked a well deserved break i was able to get an has discount ( well pleased) looking forward to my well deserved break”
