“As repeat customers we have once again booked a cruise with Cruise 118. We have found their attendant to detail is above and beyond. Our recent experience of being returned mid flight from the Middle East left all our flights in disarray. We had no idea what to do. One call to Cruise 118 and all our flights were rearranged with no hassle and no extra cost. We we very happy to make the cruise. We have since booked another cruise with Cruise 118. Our consultant Stephanie Mather went out of her way to arrange suitable accommodation and flights to suit our itenery. Stephanie researched various routes and accommodation for us and went the extra mile to ensure we were fully satisfied with the whole package before we confirmed the booking, I would never consider booking with any other agents as the service we have had for all our cruise bookings with this company has been first class the excellent prices.”

“we had found a cruise we like, with the cruise line itself, and another cruise website, prices very similiar, which wouldnt break the bank, having used Cruise 118 before we priced the same cruise, and they were substantially cheaper than the other 2. I called the number on the website, as i need confirmation on the flights that were available for this particular cruise, spoke to a very knowledgeable chap called Jason, who did his very best to match what was on there website, we left it a few days as we needed confirmation from places of work, these dates were ok. Searched the website again, as I do like a bargain, and found the same cruise, but with a slightly better cabin grade for 10.00 more, having spoken to Jason previoulsy i called him again, and went through the booking just to make sure, this price was correct, and that the flights were still the same, he confirmed they were, we were happy and booked with him, paid the deposit, and feel all the better for knowing by booking with cruise118.com we saved over 300.00 against the other companies, keep it up, you will be my 1st port of call in future.”

“Second cruise weve booked within 12 months booking through Cruise 118. We received fantastic service from Dale Robinson 1st time around so seemed only right to contact him again to book for next year. He's very helpful, clear and concise and extremely professional. “Lexi, my usual Cruise 118 contact, is always helpful, efficient and professional when finding me a good deal. Although I sometimes book a future cruise onboard I always ensure the booking goes back to her by way of my thanks for all the effort she puts in on my behalf. I often ask her to obtain quotes for my mum, a solo elderly traveller, which sadly means due to the non acceptable supplement charge we can't book, but she never minds at least trying to get mum an acceptable deal. I also appreciate that Cruise 118 take Amex. I booked with another online company previously and it got to the payment and they didn't take Amex - i won't use them again!”
