Decided to leave because you stopped using Royal Mail, that was the last straw. I found the boxes repetitive in terms of snacks etc, rarely would I choose to purchase any of them and the gins have been disappointing of late. I did like the club but changing the points scheme, the constant emails and promotions of other drinks club has put me off. I'd accumulated over 10000 points but they were practically worthless. The value doesn't seem there and the ethos gone. Too corporate and greedy is how the club feels now.

An expensive way to buy a bottle of gin and snacks that cannot be eaten due to allergies. Would be much better if customers could choose their own extras

Like others I used to love receiving the monthly box but over the last few years feel the overall value for money has declined. In addition the rewards program has almost become irrelivant (I currently have 5000+ points) as you only offer discount for the the online shop now - not able to put them towards a monthly box. I think you should reward your customers better considering the amount of money spent

I used to love receiving my monthly box but I feel like the quality of the extras has gone down yet the price has increased. I've been a customer for over 3 years so I think it would be nice if the rewards program was better, you only offer Money of vouchers in the online shop now as you used to be able to use them off a box . I think you should reward your customers better considering the amount of money spent

I've had membership for years and have nearly 5000 reward points. However this amounts to being able to get £5 off a purchase of minimum £50 spend. Would prefer no minimum spend.

Communication, I find very difficult, as you can only communicate via email? And as I’m well over 70 now, I prefer to talk to people, if possible? Thank you. Tony

Hi Tony. I'm sorry to hear this, I've just sent you a link to buy, that's hopefully a little easier - apologies for the hassle this is causing you. Do reach out if there's anything else I can do. Kind regards Trine Head of Customer Service

Please, please, please no more Schweppes tonics. They're cheap and nasty and leave a bitter saccharin taste in your mouth which in no way compliments the gin.

The gin is wonderful. BUT: 1. The delivery time promised is frightful,. sometimes 10 days, sometines part delivery sometimes ripped packages. Royal mail is NOT the best. 2 I once was able to access my account, but it is now restricted. I therefore do not know an actual amount that I spend, when it will correctly arrive (except receiving changed dates from Royal Mail). Only available from my Bank, but no details. 3 I have tried many times to send a message to you, but this is never possible. This is a shame. Your gin prices are high, and I would accept that it should be reciprocated by giving some respect to your customers - especially your constant quotes of fast delivery.. 4 I received a small package containing 4 small tins of tonic water. Why? I will not give up my membership, because I think you are better that this. Two more members who wish to remain nameless have also experienced similar problems, and I would like to see some improvement. You are worth it, I believe. Sincerely, Leslie J Dalton 4 Rainham Road, Rainham, Essex, RM13 7RR.

While the gin boxes are a delight to receive, when anything goes wrong, the customer service isn't acceptable and falls very short of the expectations of a brilliant brand. Not a one-off experience either. Final straw today and I have cancelled my membership.

Not easy to spend points. You have to spend a lot of money to use them. You should be able to save them up and use the whole amount on one bottle of gin.

Spiced Rum was nice, but quite mild in flavour was expecting more spice.

The treats were all fantastic and while I love dark, golden and white rum, I dislike spiced rum otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I bought the rum box for my husband who enjoys trying new rums, but is not keen on spiced rum so was disappointed with the rum.

We’ll be sticking with Gin, rather than rum.

The rum chosen for the starter box isn't one that I would choose to drink. It doesn't stand up to being drunk neat, which is how I drink rum. All the other items in the box were fine; it was just the rum that didn't impress me. It was all the more disappointing, as I had expected something special for what I assume is the launch of a regular rum offering.

I think it’s gone down hill to be honest - ‘Craft’ only really applies slightly to the spirit now I understand this is because there are 50,000 people now getting boxes But more and more the extras just aren’t worth it The syrup is always far too sweet and other bits are big brand - Thatchers cider , come on , hardly on the craft spectrum

When I eventually received my parcel, after over 3 weeks and having to reorder, the content was very nice although a bit of a let down after such a long wait
