I tried the rum club as you have a cheap first time offer. I've cancelled because I can't afford the full price. But we are enjoying the box. Only problem was you sent the wrong sheet with how to make the cocktails. It had different rum and mixers on it. Which is a shame but we just guessed measurements. Lovely rum and my husband was excited to get a gift in the post.

Hi Alex. We're glad to hear that you're enjoying the Rum box you have received despite the confusion surrounding the contents of the box. What you have received is the Welcome box which contains a variety of items from different previous boxes to create a fun and new experience that you can enjoy. Whilst some of the contents may be referring to alternative items that you have not received, we can guarantee that if you substitute them with the wonderful Rum you have received it will be just as good! I love my subscription, but am finding I have an excess of gin so have downgraded temporarily to the taster box - as you now do rum boxes it would be great if within your memberships you could switch between spirits when you need to!

Enjoy the alcohol whether Gin or Rum. Snacks are mostly great or can be passed on to someone else Not happy with courier service Not so happy they take my payment at least 2 weeks before processing my order Queries dealt with easily

Hi Tina, we're sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the delay between payment and delivery as well as the quality of our delivery service. Whilst we have moved to an alternative courier in the form of Evri to try and provide a better service we understand that there can continue to be issues with them, and if you could email us at members@craftginclub.co.uk we would be more than happy to see what we can do to help you here. Regarding the gap between payment and delivery, unfortunately at this stage this is something we are not able to change due to sending out all our boxes manually. This means that whilst it takes a bit longer to send them out the operation is overall a bit smoother. However, we would be more than happy to pass along your feedback surrounding this to our warehouse team, hopefully we can speed this process up in the future! The Craft Gin Club boxes are generally good value for money. However, I have one major complaint - the availability of the syrup mixers included in the boxes. I tried to purchase some bottles of the syrup mixers for a recent box and was informed that they are not available - except if you buy them complete with a bottle of the gin of the month and other mixers ! Given the small size of the bottles, it would be very useful if the Club produced additional stocks of the syrups to enable to the members to enjoy further cocktails when the original bottle has been used.

Enjoy the quality magazine but the increasing cost is making consider canceling the subscription. The packaging is great and secure which prevents breakages. I am not sure if this suvery is about my missing parcel or normal gin delivery!!!

Not impressed with this months box. Calorie laden tonic which didn't let the gin shine. Very poor selection of treats. Not sure if stay if I didn't have gin bonds.

Enjoy the variety of gin supplied; sometimes disappointed in the accompanying snacks but overall - ok. Loved The Drinks Bakery biscuits in this month's box. Enjoyed them so much, I've looked at their website and placed an order!!

Have really enjoyed my Gin membership for the last 6 years but decided that it was time to cancel. Hard to find process and eventually forced to call anyway. On hold for quite a while and then answered by what appeared to be a call centre with masses of back ground noise and person said he couldn't hear me clearly. Re asked questions that are asked online before you are then asked to call...all a bit disappointing end to what has been an enjoyable experience over the years.....

Been with craft gin for a while now and only bugbear I have is that you don’t have the choice of any other mixers. Not everyone likes tonics. You can put a lemonade in every once in a while, so why not give us non tonic drinkers the choice of this with our monthly subscription. Have emailed company about this previously and reply was “ we will let the team know”. Might sound trivial to some, but when you have a build up of tonics you don’t use and are paying for, just seems pointless.

We are sorry that the mixers aren't to your taste, whilst we do like to provide the alternative mixers for people to try if they aren't the biggest fan of tonics we understand that it can still be a bit frustrating having a drink that you don't like being included in your box. Whilst we aren't able to provide customisation for the contents of the box at this stage, hopefully we are able to provide an alternative subscription or box in the future that is more suited to your taste. I like the variety of gin and mixers, generally the cocktails are not my taste, too sweet - I’m a martini/ negroni gal so the syrup often goes down the sink. The price is going up and because of this is consider skipping and definitely would not boost. It’s disappointing that I can’t use my reward points without having to spend £80-100, other reward schemes give vouchers you can actually use against purchases you want rather than having to spend a minimum. That said I do like the club.

The variety of gins is great. Some of the mixers and snacks aren’t as varied as they have been in the past. Getting rewards is good, but you have to spend quite a bit if you want to use them. The variety of ways in which you can use your rewards has reduced over the years.

I find some of the ‘extras’ in the box, are not appealing to me. I don’t like the syrups, finding them too sweet & mindful of extra calories.
