I used to love receiving my monthly box but I feel like the quality of the extras has gone down yet the price has increased.
I've been a customer for over 3 years so I think it would be nice if the rewards program was better, you only offer Money of vouchers in the online shop now as you used to be able to use them off a box . I think you should reward your customers better considering the amount of money spent
