I’ve been a CGC member for about 2 years and up until recently I would of given them 5 stars however recently their customer service has completely gone down hill. There dec ‘22 booster box should of contained 3 cocktails syrups it contained only 1 ( not the 3 as stated during ordering) one can of pop was sent in replacement. This goes against trading standards and can be classed IMHO as Theft! I’ve tried emailing several times but they are refusing to sent out the missing syrups saying they don’t have any, which is rubbish as on their online shop they’re available in a bundle, so that’s a lie. I’ve spoken to TS who have advised me this is law breaking, but as they won’t budge there’s not much that can be done. FACT!!! They have done this to EVERY CUSTOMER, That ordered the booster box. Every member that purchased the booster box got only 1 cocktail syrup instead of the 3 that they paid for. Some members didn’t get any. A can of pop was sent as a replacement. Can you imagine the money they have saved. £6.66 for 2 syrups and it cost maybe 80p for a can of pop. That’s £5 on every single box! they have pocketed. I’m so shocked. They customers service used to be excellent. But the last few months it’s useless. It’s like they don’t care anymore. So disappointed!

Great Gin spoilt by the gross tonic, the aftertaste of stevia destroys the subtle interplay of the aromatics! Tried it with various flavours of Fevertree and Fentimans and it was well lush! Please, please, please allow us the option of saying no to 'diet' tonics in our subscription; I'm an adult and capable of controlling my calorific intake and every 'sweetener' on the market messes with my taste buds and is not welcome in my G&T!!!

Nervous about Hermes becoming the delivery service (Royal Mail never an issue) and proved correct. Box came with smashed Gin bottle and smashed mixers. Cut my hand opening the box. Hermes have taken the box away and I have struggled to find a way of contacting Craft Gin. There's also no live chat or phone like advertised on this site for contacting them so I have no idea how to get a replacement box.

While the quality of the gin is excellent I think you let yourselves down with the extras. The extras that you put in to add to the gin, there’s is only ever enough to add 2 drinks, could you not put in enough to add to a dozen drinks, let’s face it how much extra would it cost to put a few more slices of dried fruit peel in

Decided to leave because you stopped using Royal Mail,that was the last straw. I found the boxes repetitive in terms of snacks etc, rarely would I choose to purchase any of them and the gins have been disappointing of late. I did like the club but changing the points scheme, the constant emails and promotions of other drinks club has put me off. I'd accumulated over 10000 points but they were practically worthless. The value doesn't seem there and the ethos gone. Too corporate and greedy is how the club feels now.

Love my Craft Gin Box. It's like your birthday every month. The excitement of opening the box to see what's in it but the best thing is the bespoke gins you get to try. I love the exclusiveness of it. Good value for money but you take the chance if you don't like the gin it could be seen as money wasted. There have been a few for me but that's fine as plenty more I have loved. Ironically my best so far is from my homeland Scotland lol but plenty others I have loved from around the world. I love the snacks & treats & the magazine is a very high quality glossy. This box is a must for everyone if you love gin

Your boxes are always late and delivery is unpredictable. Change your courier - Royal Mail are hopeless. I am not happy with your service and I shall definitely cancel!

I have been a member for 3 years now. I purchase it for my Mum each month and she is happy with the gin, the booklets and the snacks each month. She is unaware of the cost so is unsure of the value but she is happy with what she receives so Im happy with that. I only logon to the website on occasion when I top up her monthly box or I purchase other gins/mixers for a special occasion. In the past the points could be exchanged for money off your order. Now you need to spend a certain amount in order for your points to be worth anything. I would need to spend £100 to get £20 off my order and would also be deducted 2000 points. This must be a recent change as it was never the case in the past. I also receive many more marketing emails and notice more upsells. I logged in to the site today and noticed there are now 25 domains making a connection to my browser just visiting the website! It seems like they are now just concerned with making more money instead of in the past when it seemed like more of a passion for gin lovers. I will be testing a few alternatives now to see if I get more value for my money as there are tons of alternatives nowadays and it seems they no longer offer anything unique, they are just like all the other big brands trying to take a little bit more of your money and sharing your data with every Tom, Dick n Harry on the internet.

Still awaiting a full refund, for a gin package that I didn't want. YOU WERE TOLD !!! Before it even left your warehouse I didn't want it. You still took my money. I want a FULL REFUND !!!!! YOUR PACKAGE WAS RETURNED 2 WEEKS AGO. AND STILL NO REFUND Avoid this company at all costs

My experience was fantastic, and has been for many years, up until the point I tried to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for the last 3 of my quarterly boxes and they still keep taking the money out and sending me the box which I then have to post back at my own huge cost and inconvenience. And then they STILL don’t cancel it so it happens again. It’s just literally happened again this month so unfortunately I’ve had to report it as fraud with my bank so that any future payments are blocked. Such a shame as I was only temporarily leaving but now I won’t be back because I can’t trust this unscrupulous company

You were recommended by my plumber who was doing my bathroom of all things and i happened to mention i liked and had quite a few different flavours .. He advised me to give you a try ..So...Gin arrived well before expected ..Well packaged and a great variety of mixers and snacks ..Magazine was a great plus ..Great tips for cocktails ..Thank you

I was given a gift certificate for Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised at the January gift box delivered in good time as they stated, packed well and what a surpise with all the little extras I wasn't execting. What great value and great fun.

Ordered my first box it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer services only to be told that there had been a mix up with tracking codes. They sent a new tracking code but it was the same as original. Yodel could not help because my delivery details did not match the code I was given. Contacted customer services again but they have not investigated the issue and have offered no help or refund. Massive disappointment. For a subscription service you would think they would be more concerned with deliveries going to the wrong place 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have been a member now for over 2 years. So instead of receiving my lovely box at the beginning of the month.....as the song goes by Diana Ross 'Im still waiting. Must be on a slow boat from China. In there wisdom they, that is Craft Gin Club decided that the Royal Mail obviously was'nt good enough, so they then jumped into the frying pan by using Hermes.....yes those guys that really look after your parcels by tossing them into the back of the van, without a care in the world as to how they will arrive. Also poor response with trying to communicate with them to find out what the hell is going on...If it is down to money then that is really sad as they have P*ssed alot of customer off and the comments on Instagram will not do them any favours. So John and Jon and the the dragons den investor, what are you going to do about it.If i could have scored no stars i would have.

No way to contact i think ill try to get my money back and forget it it was my first box and contained no GIN WAY TO GO!! Dont help its written all over the box so hermes know whats inside any wonder there was no gin inside!!

Great little boxes full of a full sized bottle of gin, snacks and a magazine. I love the service. It's always been faultless. Gin always arrives on time. The package itself always adds up to more than your spending and you always get a good amount of products to try. I've found at least 2/3 gins so far that I love and would purchase again because of it. There's a magazine too which I've created a little library of with lots of different cocktails. If you love gin and want the opportunity to try different types this would be the service for you. I've done monthly, bi monthly and quarterly. Bought the Christmas box for a friend and was lucky enough to get it for half price. Unfortunately I wrote the wrong house number down and my friend didn’t receive the box. Craft gin club were brilliant and sorted another one out to be delivered to the right address. My friend is absolutely over the moon and loves the gin. Excellent value for money and I will definitely be ordering more.
