I have been a gold member of craft Gin club for 2 years I really enjoyed receiving the Gin box every 2 months, trying lots of different Gins, mixers, cocktail recipes, snacks and more. Over the two years of membership in invited quite a few points, just over 4300 points in total so just over £40 worth , I recently found out that I am expecting my first child and therefore couldn't afford to continue with my subscription as I won’t be drinking alcohol and no one else I know drinks Gin, I rang to cancel and was advised to use up my loyalty points as they would be lost if I cancelled then, I agreed and said I would call back when I had used my points. However I quickly realised in order for me to use my points I had to get vouchers that are only available to use if I spend a certain amount so to get and use a £20 voucher in needed to spend £100!! I found this extremely disappointing so for me to actually use my £40 worth of “locality points” I have to spend £160 which to be honest I thought was abit mad. Anyway I cancelled my subscription losing all the points I’ve incurred over the past two years I wasn’t prepared to spend another £80 just to use a £20 voucher.

We completely understand your decision to pause your Craft Gin Club membership at this time and are sorry to hear that your experience with redeeming your loyalty points wasn’t as smooth as we would have hoped. We offer two types of rewards for our members. The first is money off vouchers, which are ideal for larger shop orders as they give you a discount on something you were already planning to purchase. The second is free product rewards, which work well for smaller orders. With these, you can choose a free item, such as one of our bundles, and only need to add a small purchase like a pack of tonics to your basket to redeem it. For members placing a high-value order, we usually recommend the money off option, but for low value spends the product reward can be a great way to use points without needing to spend a large amount. I’m sorry if this wasn’t explained clearly when you spoke to us, and I regret that it meant you weren’t able to use your points in a way that suited you best. Your comments have been shared with our team so that we can make sure the rewards system is explained more clearly in the future. We’d love to welcome you back when the time is right for you, and we’ll make sure you have all the guidance you need to get the best value from your points. Enjoy the alcohol whether Gin or Rum. Snacks are mostly great or can be passed on to someone else Not happy with courier service Not so happy they take my payment at least 2 weeks before processing my order Queries dealt with easily

Hi Tina, we're sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the delay between payment and delivery as well as the quality of our delivery service. Whilst we have moved to an alternative courier in the form of Evri to try and provide a better service we understand that there can continue to be issues with them, and if you could email us at members@craftginclub.co.uk we would be more than happy to see what we can do to help you here. Regarding the gap between payment and delivery, unfortunately at this stage this is something we are not able to change due to sending out all our boxes manually. This means that whilst it takes a bit longer to send them out the operation is overall a bit smoother. I was so disappointed to open my Craft Gin Club box only to find it contained 2x small 50ml bottles of gin and not a 70cl bottle. The snacks were very unusual but nice, something I would not have chosen personally to buy but I really enjoyed them. Great magazine arrived with the box. After planning a great evening tasting the gin it was a great big flop ☹️

I’m really pleased to hear you enjoyed the snacks and magazine, but I’m sorry to learn that the taster box wasn’t quite what you were expecting. Our free taster box is designed to give new members a little flavour of what it’s like to be part of the Craft Gin Club. It contains two 5cl bottles of gin, perfect for a tasting and is accompanied by some carefully selected snacks and our members’ magazine. This is made clear at the time of signing up, and members only pay for the postage and packing. The aim is to give you a genuine preview of the full membership experience before your first box. We completely understand the excitement of planning a gin tasting evening and how it might have been disappointing if you were expecting a full 70cl bottle. Your next box the Gin of the Month box includes a full size 70cl bottle of craft gin, a variety of artisan mixers, snacks, and a copy of our magazine, so you get the complete experience. Payment taken on 24 July. Received an email this am asking if enjoying the box. Answer is no as not yet delivered or at this moment even out for delivery and it is 1 August.

Gin club good but I do not receive any rum. Just received an email asking me to rate it and obviously I can’t. Love the gins though. Just rejoined and not received my new box yet. Not expecting it for another couple of days.

I first saw the Craft Gin Club on Dragons Den and thought 'wow' I'd like to join that. I finally got round to it during covid and I absolutely liked it. I had to save opening my box until my weekly zoom call with my family. Even though it was all for me, as I live in Somerset and some were in Scotland, they lived the ritual of seeing what was in the box. Sadly I can now only afford to have bi-monthly and I love the fact that I can swop the Gin box for Rum or Tequila. I absolutely love being a member of the Craft Gin Club!! 💕

We received your email on Monday and responded the very next day, confirming that a replacement box was being arranged. You should have also received tracking details shortly after, and we can see your box is due for delivery today. We respond to every message we receive, and all customers receive an automatic confirmation email when they get in touch, this includes an estimated timeframe so you know when to expect a reply. I've been a member of Craft Gin Club since not long after it started and I've never once wanted to cancel. Each month there's a new gin to try, not just from the UK but from around the world. There have been some fantastic gins over the years, ones I wouldn't have been able to try if I hadn't belonged to the Gin Club. I have a lot of favourites and there's always the opportunity to order them again, quite often at a reduced price, in their 'special sales'. The monthly subscription is worth every penny and I certainly won't be stopping my subscription anytime soon! Craft Gin Club is the best thing ever, if you love gin.

Signed up for special offer of May box free with June’s. Received one box but not the other. Particularly wanted to try the Secret Garden Scottish gin. Informed that it’s now out of stock, but I could have August box free instead. When I asked what the August gin was, I was told that it couldn’t be divulged🥴🤦‍♀️🙄! Still waiting for July box. Complete shambles imo🤷‍♀️!

Hi Sue, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially as you were looking forward to trying the Secret Garden Scottish gin. I can confirm that the free box as part of your offer was sent and, according to the tracking, was successfully delivered. As soon as we heard from you that it hadn’t been received, we were keen to get a replacement arranged as quickly as possible. We always do our best to keep extra stock of past boxes for situations like this, but in this case, you’re absolutely right, the April box had unfortunately sold out, which is why we offered the July box instead. Your replacement order was placed on Tuesday, and while I’m sorry if this wasn’t made clear in our email, delivery is within 3–5 working days. You should have received your tracking details by now, but if not, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch and we’ll be happy to check on this for you.
