Nervous about Hermes becoming the delivery service (Royal Mail never an issue) and proved correct.
Box came with smashed Gin bottle and smashed mixers.
Cut my hand opening the box.
Hermes have taken the box away and I have struggled to find a way of contacting Craft Gin.
There's also no live chat or phone like advertised on this site for contacting them so I have no idea how to get a replacement box.
