Gin club good but I do not receive any rum. Just received an email asking me to rate it and obviously I can’t. Love the gins though. Just rejoined and not received my new box yet. Not expecting it for another couple of days.

I first saw the Craft Gin Club on Dragons Den and thought 'wow' I'd like to join that. I finally got round to it during covid and I absolutely liked it. I had to save opening my box until my weekly zoom call with my family. Even though it was all for me, as I live in Somerset and some were in Scotland, they lived the ritual of seeing what was in the box. Sadly I can now only afford to have bi-monthly and I love the fact that I can swop the Gin box for Rum or Tequila. I absolutely love being a member of the Craft Gin Club!! 💕

Hi Harry, Thanks for your review. We’re really sorry to hear you feel this way, but we’ve looked into this and wanted to clarify a few things. We received your email on Monday and responded the very next day, confirming that a replacement box was being arranged. You should have also received tracking details shortly after, and we can see your box is due for delivery today. We respond to every message we receive, and all customers receive an automatic confirmation email when they get in touch, this includes an estimated timeframe so you know when to expect a reply. I've been a member of Craft Gin Club since not long after it started and I've never once wanted to cancel. Each month there's a new gin to try, not just from the UK but from around the world. There have been some fantastic gins over the years, ones I wouldn't have been able to try if I hadn't belonged to the Gin Club. I have a lot of favourites and there's always the opportunity to order them again, quite often at a reduced price, in their 'special sales'. The monthly subscription is worth every penny and I certainly won't be stopping my subscription anytime soon! Craft Gin Club is the best thing ever, if you love gin.

Signed up for special offer of May box free with June’s. Received one box but not the other. Particularly wanted to try the Secret Garden Scottish gin. Informed that it’s now out of stock, but I could have August box free instead. When I asked what the August gin was, I was told that it couldn’t be divulged🥴🤦‍♀️🙄! Still waiting for July box. Complete shambles imo🤷‍♀️!

Hi Sue, Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. I completely understand how disappointing it must have been, especially as you were looking forward to trying the Secret Garden Scottish gin. I can confirm that the free box as part of your offer was sent and, according to the tracking, was successfully delivered. As soon as we heard from you that it hadn’t been received, we were keen to get a replacement arranged as quickly as possible. We always do our best to keep extra stock of past boxes for situations like this, but in this case, you’re absolutely right, the April box had unfortunately sold out, which is why we offered the July box instead. Your replacement order was placed on Tuesday, and while I’m sorry if this wasn’t made clear in our email, delivery is within 3–5 working days. You should have received your tracking details by now, but if not, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch and we’ll be happy to check on this for you. Everything arrived very well, however this month's box contains grapefruit, and unfortunately I can't consume it because of interference with current medication I'm on, obviously still 5 stars as this wasn't an issue on their side

The Craft Gin Club boxes are generally good value for money. However, I have one major complaint - the availability of the syrup mixers included in the boxes. I tried to purchase some bottles of the syrup mixers for a recent box and was informed that they are not available - except if you buy them complete with a bottle of the gin of the month and other mixers ! Given the small size of the bottles, it would be very useful if the Club produced additional stocks of the syrups to enable to the members to enjoy further cocktails when the original bottle has been used.

This club seems to have drastically moved away from what it was originally, and as a result quality has gone down as prices have crept up. The reward points you get are very difficult to spend and the system in place to use them is very inferior compared to how it was when I joined 5 years plus ago. Find I skip more and more boxes as content becoming very samey, however just bought a spritz box which looked interesting and a bit different!

I absolutely love the craft gin club, can't fault them one bit.i have had issues with distribution on the odd order but the lovely customer service team get back to your email within 24 hrs and will sort any issue you have. Never had a bad experience and it is a parcel I look forward to very much every month. Keep doing what your doing!
