They make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. You need to call them in order ton cancel, but no one picks up.

I was originally happy with Craft Gin Club. When I was given a voucher for free boxes I was sent 2 of the same boxes but they luckily stopped one. In June 2023 I was charged despite trying to cancel the subscription they sent and charged for the box anyway. In September 2023 the same thing happened and I told them to cancel the order, refund and the cancel the subscription. They said they could not cancel the order despite having done so in the past. Completed the cancellation survey and assumed that was it. Today I have been charged £45 yet again despite serval requests to cancel the subscriptions which were acknowledged. Do not sign up!!

Received 2 boxes so far, both had gins I disliked. Other items in the box were mixed. I could buy a premium gin cheaper. No option for return/refund if you dislike gin. Now have 3 bottles of gin in the cupboard which won't get drunk. Will be cancelling

I order The Cracking Combo Bundle I only received 4 crackers and not the 8 in total I did get refunded £18 but the crackers are £20 on there own. Also on Christmas Day my partner open the 4 crackers to find 3 of them had the same bottles in so for a second time I had to complain they just sent me the 2 missing bottle which I feel they should offer more of an apology considering I’ve had to make two complaints about the same order and not just send me the 2 bottles missing.

I’ve always loved the Christmas box, but this time I was very disappointed. Manchester Gin is old hat, I expected something much more exotic. Schweppes Tonic, really? It’s so cheap and has an unnatural taste. Not sure I want to stay as a member. I’m also dissatisfied in the way I can use my reward points. I have quite a lot and should be able to use all of them against a ‘nice’ bottle of gin.

I purchased a £130 mystery box from The Craft Gin Club. I received £117 worth of gin per their site - you cannot benchmark the gins as they are mainly exclusive to them - however for the ones available at other merchants The Craft Gin Club are generally more expensive. Their response "well these gins might be £117 now were once available on our site at £180". This is a total con. AVOID The Craft Gin Club..

Do not bother with 'next day delivery' they use royal mail and clearly have no control over delivery times, just collecting a top up fee. Their response was to ask the person I had sent it to as a gift to reject it. Brilliant, a late present then tell them they're not allowed to keep it? Have subsequently ignored email asking to refund delivery fee. Irritating to have a nice gift spoiled by unpredictable delivery and sharp practice collecting charges they cannot fulfill.

I'm so sorry for any confusion caused by our express delivery option. When placing an order before 1.30 PM on a Friday, the delivery will happen on the following Monday. Your boxes are always late and delivery is unpredictable. Change your courier - Royal Mail are hopeless. I am not happy with your service and I shall definitely cancel!

Customer service is a complete joke, as I can see other people think this as well. I totally agree with other people stating the contents other than the gin have gone down also.Have been a member nearly from the start of the club and you seem to send so many promotional emails for new customers and take little notice of long standing ones Love it below says how did you communicate with the company. That’s a laugh you don’t give out a number. You’d get nil stars if possible

My mum who has dementia tried to cancel her order which she bought me for my birthday over a year ago, she finds it difficult to use technology and there seems to be no other way to cancel her order other than on the internet. I live 800 miles away and am not there to help other than on the phone. This is an absolute nightmare to cancel and I not recommending this product to anyone in the future. Kirsty

Nightmare to cancel. Absolute radio silence via email and no phone number. You have to register in their 'members area' to cancel, and then click no fewer than SEVEN confirmations. We'll see if it sticks.

No heads up to advise an order will be charged on account, very poor returns policy doing all they can to not refund. They will not refund cost of returning cancelled items either.

Really poor quality September gin box. The gin was ok but the tonic completely masked the flavour and the dried apple was flavourless. The snacks were a lazy selection with no relevance to the Cambridgeshire location of the gin - just awful mass produced sugary flavours - hitting a very low spot with a bag of Popchips for goodness sake. Apparently the bbq flavour was meant to evoke thoughts of autumn! I await November’s gin box with some trepidation.

I have enjoyed my membership until recently. I had put my membership on hold, this was confo. Then a payment was taken which cleared my bank account, leaving me, an 80 year old pensioner, without money for even milk. After a series of emails I was eventually advised the funds would be repaid within 3 or 4 days. This was 10 days ago. Still nothing new emails are being ignored. RUBBISH customer ser?

the website is atrocious unable to use a voucher. even following the links sent by letter. There are no contact details it just goes into a hole, and details of my payment card had been kept even though I had cancelled my account. I am certain that this is not compliant with GDPR. Will not deal with this shower again

I tried to cancel and pressed the button on the website. You’d think it would be that simple. NO, you then have to continue pressing cancel through another 7 or so options asking each are you sure? You’ll lose the point that you can only use when you spend more money. The boxes of Gin themselves are not too bad but the rest of it is just a way to get more and more money out of you.

They do not respond to your messages. I cannot log into my account as the emails to activate do not come through. But I get the ones from Royal Mail. I have been messaging since 26/7 and just get a sorry we are busy we will come back to you and look out for your reply but they never do. I was charged for a 2nd box one week after signing up and have no way to control my account. They have no phone line. Do not answer messages/emails. Total scam - they will take your money but not help you.

Signed up at a discounted rate, 16 quid instead of 42, ordered received within 2 days. But then they charged me £45 for another membership. Theyre now refusing to refund me. The most obvious scam/con going. I'll be going directly to my bank to get my money back Scum.
